Pago Pago — Restaurant in Sant Josep de sa Talaia

Most miserable server ever with zero customer service skills. She argued with us back and forth about incorrectly taking our order and bringing the wrong drink. I literally didn’t care that she messed up our order, what I care about it and what pissed me off is that she proceeded to blame us for not giving her the right order. I’d like to know how we ask for two piña coladas, but one virgin for the person who never drinks alcohol and she brings two regular alcoholic drinks, but somehow we messed up. We originally ignored her mistake, set the drink aside and asked for a coke, so then she catches an attitude and asks what’s wrong with the other drink which then starts the back and forth and ends with her telling us that she is going to have to charge us for the alcoholic piña colada that we never asked for even if we do not drink it. Female server with the heart tattoo above your knee, you suck as a server, take a customer service course...

We were obviously sucked into this place because of the stunning location having walked up the beach. The view is awesome but that's about it. It's overpriced for what you get. I ordered a club sandwich which came with luke warm fries. The chicken in the sandwitch was just about cooked. The juices ran clear but the texture was off. My partner had a burger again with Luke warm fries. He'd only noticed once he got to the middle of the burger that the meat was still pink. Our server could just about the bothered. This place obviously gets the custom because of its location but I'd stay clear and walk towards the Old Town for much better food at a lower price and much better service with at...

I had a lunch in that beachfront restaurant with high hopes, given its beautiful location right by the water.

Unfortunately, the meal itself was disappointing. The paella we ordered had undercooked rice, making it difficult to enjoy the flavors. Additionally, the fish dish was paired with potatoes that weren't fully cooked, leaving them hard and unappetizing.

Despite the stunning view and pleasant atmosphere, the poorly prepared dishes took away from the experience. With such a prime spot, it's a shame the food didn't match...
