Carousel Ibiza — Restaurant in Sant Josep de sa Talaia

The two stars are for decor, it is very pretty. Food is so over salted it’s barely eatable (ever single dish), other than salt there was nothing else to the flavour. The staff make you feel as if they are doing you a favour by serving you and clearly find the whole process bothersome. Most other places we visited had warm, kind waitresses, this place had arrogant entitled members of staff. The grilled fish was very dry, potatoes were also dry, like dust (perhaps from sitting next to fire for too long). Watching our waitress filet the fish was a whole other level of experience. By the end of it the fish looked as if a cat chewed it up and spat it onto my plate. All in tiny broken pieces and with lots of bones left in the meat. When I complained the waitress told me “it is supposed to look like this and also supposed to have bones”. Clearly I haven’t eaten filleted fish in a restaurant before so her opinion on the matter was very valuable. No compensation offered, just told I was wrong. Highly unprofessional staff and low quality of food. Oh but don’t worry you will end up paying the price of a top Ibiza restaurant for this experience!...

We walked by the place in April and we were so curious what was happening, as they were starting the business we couldn’t see what was happening. Yesterday we went back and boy oh boy did we had e great time! 🥳 The vibe, the atmosphere, the show… This is what dinner and dance should be like! 👌 The dj was AMAZING, the waiters were very friendly, in every corner you find something else to look at… I mean the bar is really a carrousel with swings as their chairs! 🎪 The girls who give the show, you did great and turned a smile on my face! 😊 Thx for the lovely evening, as you can see I really really really...

Fantastic Night at Carousel Ibiza

What an amazing experience we had at Carousel Ibiza! The atmosphere was electric, and the drinks were out of this world. A huge shoutout to the incredible mixologists Pablo, Bianca, and Tunia for their creativity and flair behind the bar. Their innovative cocktail creations were simply mind-blowing.

We also loved the popcorn - the perfect snack to munch on while sipping our delicious drinks. The decor was super cool and added to the vibrant vibe of the place. Carousel is definitely a must-visit spot in Playa d'en Bossa for food, drinks, and an all-round...
