MUST READ!!!

Beware of this place especially if travelling in groups.

They have intelligent tactics to add things to your bill without you realising and forcing you to pay for it.

They will not let you pay for anything until the end of the day and also claim they don’t speak great English to cover for what they do.

We arrived as a group and upon arrival all of the details agreed over email where incorrect we was told on arrival we never had enough beds for our group and had to get more that was the first tactic.

To then make it easier I offered to pay the total minimum spend for the entire group and then I said after it’s finished anything above that we will pay at the point of sale they refused this and said we don’t do it like that tactic number 2.

We also asked if we could split the bill between food and drink to make it clear what we have bought they again refused this another thing to confuse large groups tactic 3.

So I decided to check the bill intermittently throughout the day to check it wasn’t going crazy and at one point quite close to the end i asked them for a bill check it was at a level which I thought that’s fine we will stop there I asked to pay it again they said we couldn’t till we leave.

We get to the end I’m looking at the bill to make sure everything is well and I spot a magnum bottle of champagne which is strange because I never saw a bottle of champagne throughout the whole day and I was thinking ok it’s fine €500 bottle of champagne there is no way I’m paying for that because I know for certain we didn’t have any this.

I call the waiter who has been dealing with us all day and I’m certain he knows we haven’t bought it he’s been there all day but this is the guy that does not speak English. He then explains to me one of us sent a bottle over to another bed and said we was paying we said who was it and they couldn’t explain who it’s was and the problems began.

Obviously we say we will pay the bill minus the bottle of champagne which is fair and begin to walk out which they say is fine we then turn the corner to get a taxi and are met with line of security from all the local clubs as well as Police with guns.

We are then from there threatened with prison if we don’t pay they attempted to seperate the group and take a person away to force them to pay bare in mind no champagne had been bought or drunk by us.

This company is a disgrace I’d advise not to go here whilst we were leaving we met 2 girls who had also been forced to pay €250 twice as they paid the bill with cash and the cash dissapeared and they where also threatened with Police.

Basically the bottom line with this place when you go there be prepared to be robbed and you will pay whatever they put on the bill whether you order it or not. You can’t argue because nobody speaks English and you can’t call the police because the police will come search you take your bank card and pay for the bill without your consent or threaten to take you to prison and take you to court.

So in summary go to anywhere but here literally everything is overpriced and you will be robbed by my estimation they do this to one or two people a day and are supported by local...

This review is for a day at the beach. We did not go to the nightclub. We reserved a bed in advance but when we arrived they tried to place us all the way in the back instead of close to the water, even though it was half empty and there was plenty of beds available. So pretty bad first impression. Bed was comfy but no towels or pillows provided for a €50 double bed. Surprisingly there was no DJ for most of the day. Then in the late afternoon the dj starts but it is inside the restaurant. Therefore it is incredibly loud in the restaurant and then outside you can’t even hear it. Instead of playing chill beach club music he is trying to play bangers even though no one is inside dancing and there is no event, that day, just some people trying to have a nice lunch. It is not at all what I have come to expect at an Ibiza beach club. Food is incredibly disappointing. Cava sangria was very mediocre. The only good thing was the hummus. The fish and chips were so incredibly greasy I could not even eat it. And it cost almost €45 for that dish because they add a sneaky service fee. And then, even though they add 15% to everything for a service fee somehow that is not the tip?! It says right on the receipt - tip not included! Huh?? The service was ok until it was time to pay and we pointed out that they charged us for 2 waters that we ordered but never received so we asked and they came but we ended up getting charged for 4. The server refused to change it and he says I’ll just bring you the water now. Umm no, now that we are leaving we don’t want to pay €7 for a small bottle of water when I can buy a huge bottle at the market for €1. And that brings me to the plastic… Why is a place like this serving water in small plastic bottles instead of glass bottles like almost every other beach club on the island? I thought Ibiza was trying to be sustainable? Overall it was a disappointing experience and we will not return. We have been to most of the other beach clubs in PDB so we know there is much...

Disappointing experience really. Booked well in advance for 6 people in the restaurant then club, had to wait 10 mins for the table then a further 15 mins for first drinks. Front of house and on reception extremely pretentious. This place isn't that cool. Waiter was excellent but up against it only polite person we met. Food was very average and price did not match in any means. I would class the food as basic and fast on the go. Don't go if you are expecting anything special flavours wise. We asked for a different table away from the que to the club, told no thats your table sit down. There was a table opposite us which remained empty all night. The waiter recognised we had paid a further 150 euros for club tickets which we didn't require as we were dining . They then promised a refund which I waited back at the entrance for 10mins whilst friends were at the table. We never got this refund having been promised by the manager twice a full refund would be arranged even issued details and contact numbers end of night. Instead we were given drinks vouchers near end pretty pointless. Don't bother with this restaurant it's a waste of time. Just go to the event nights as the club area is good.

The main manager was particularly rude to my girlfriend when we asked him how we to go to the restroom in the restaurant area .We were told we had to get wristbands and que with everyone else in the club area! Whilst dining! Resulting in waiting 20mins during our meal. He just marched off and gave us a look of I'm too busy for you. Really disorganised shouty shouty team and service, obviously under pressure with no decent management or leadership not made to feel welcome at anytime. Management partying with the guests really says it all. Definitely duped by the cool insta on this one, never again. Bring...

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but as someone who lives in Ibiza and works in hospitality, I feel compelled to share our experience. The service was shockingly slow, despite the restaurant being almost empty. One of our three dishes was completely forgotten, and we waited over an hour and a half to get it. The waitress seemed unwell or disoriented, and didn’t understand us even when we spoke in both English and Spanish. Although the place is beautifully designed, we were seated at the most uncomfortable table, far from everything, despite many free tables available (though we could move after double asking). It felt like regular paying guests were treated as second-class compared to a few so-called promo models, who received all the attention. If the goal is to appear exclusive and luxurious, this kind of treatment does the opposite. It’s disappointing, because the place has potential — but without real care for all guests, it simply won’t succeed.

Overall, a very decent beach club, nice sun beds and well serviced! The beach is few steps away from the sun beds, which is very convenient. But the water is not the most exciting part… The menu is varied, with an outstanding selection of creative and tasty cocktails! A must try! The food itself is average, but worth to mention Mamadou’s exceptional service and smile, he made our stay even more enjoyable! One thing which is annoying are the low landing jets passing just above our heads. I’d definitely come again to this beach club.
