We recently stayed for 3 nights in a apartment at Ushuaïa Beach Hotel and, overall, it’s a place with great potential. The hotel itself is stylish and vibrant, with a stunning pool area and a cool, energetic atmosphere. The restaurants are decent, and the presence of a live DJ adds a great vibe to the experience. Unfortunately, our stay was seriously affected by a major security issue. On the very first day, between arriving with our car and reaching our room, a laptop and several personal items went missing from our bag . When we reported the incident to the hotel staff, the response was that they are not responsible for anything outside the room’s safety box. This is frankly unacceptable in a hotel where rooms exceed €1000 per night. Most guests staying here carry personal items of significant value — the idea that everything of importance should fit into a small safe is simply unrealistic. To make matters worse, upon reading the fine print in the hotel’s terms and conditions, we discovered that even the contents of the safe are only insured up to €1,500 — which doesn’t even cover the bag that contained our laptop which miraculously was not taken 🤭 We have to thanks the thief for the efort of removing the laptop 😂😂😂 Equally disappointing was the hotel management’s complete lack of involvement. No support was offered, and the issue was left entirely unresolved. On top of that, the presence of suspicious individuals offering drugs right outside the hotel exits adds to the overall feeling of insecurity, with no visible effort from the staff to address this. While the hotel has some great features, these serious shortcomings in guest safety and management responsiveness left us with a very bitter impression. We truly hope the hotel takes these concerns seriously and implements real changes.

If you can, avoid at ALL costs. This room was over $1000 a night as it was a swim out. My client checked in only to find mold, peeling paint, multiple squashed mosquitos, mystery liquid on the toilet and an unclean shower space. (Pictured are included in this review) They simply wanted a refund and to go somewhere without mold. They were told they either had to accept an upgrade or they were out of luck. Mold spreads. If its in one room it is most likely in others. For health reasons they can not stay in a moldy property for long and obviously declined. Though they were on the premises for less than an hour, the hotel is refusing even a partial refund. That doesn’t even include how it is nearly impossible to get in touch with the front desk no matter what time I called. Reservations is always available during business hours but getting the front desk to answer their extension on the shared phone number is a nightmare. Two stars instead of one only because the night life there is great. But you can easily enjoy the nightlife and then go sleep elsewhere in a clean, DEAD MOSQUITO AND MOLD FREE PROPERTY.

This is an amazing place ! Everything from booking and check-in to check-out and post-check-out care, is first class and top customer service. The staff is incredibly attentive and service minded - every single one. The food in the beach restaurant is delicious - the breakfast is beyond impressive ! The sun loungers are plentiful - no need to run out at 6 am to 'reserve' one with a towel... The room we had was clean and modern. But obviously it is the Club that is the big prize ! It's mind-blowing to be able to enjoy Sebastian Ingrosso, Dmitry Vegas and Little Mike and Calvin Harris, at just beyond arms length, from your balcony while sipping a cocktail and watching all the very beautiful people clubbing on the dance floor. It's pricey, sure, but it's also very good value for money, because the place is Amazing !!!

My experience at Ushuaïa Ibiza was nothing short of a nightmare. From the very first moment until my departure, the entire stay was a succession of disappointments and frustrations. • Zero respect for guests: Two of my friends were denied entry simply because they did not have their IDs with them, despite the fact that the online check-in had already been completed. Instead of hospitality, we were met with hostility. • Constant feeling of being unwelcome: Every single movement inside the hotel felt like going through airport security, with constant bracelet checks at every corner. Instead of creating a festive and relaxed atmosphere, the hotel enforces an oppressive and antisocial environment. • Absolutely no flexibility or sense of service: Even if you meet people during the events organized by Ushuaïa Club, it is strictly forbidden to invite them to your room unless they are paying hotel guests. For a place that markets itself as the “epicenter of the party,” this policy is absurd, antisocial, and frankly shameful. • No hot water in the bathtub: The suite was equipped with a bath, but it was completely useless since there was no hot water available. Despite repeated complaints, the staff never addressed the issue. • Noise and lack of comfort: The rooms are not soundproof at all, and the proximity to the airport makes it impossible to rest. Forget about enjoying your room in peace — you’ll be constantly disturbed by both planes and the club’s noise. • Indifference from management: We raised several complaints during the stay, but the staff provided no solutions and no meaningful response.

In conclusion, this was an utterly disastrous experience. Ushuaïa Ibiza hides behind its flashy image, but behind the façade lies poor service, a complete lack of respect for guests, and unacceptable living conditions for the price paid.

I strongly advise against staying here. I will never return, and I will make sure to share this experience widely so other travelers avoid the...

I celebrated my birthday in style at the Ushuaia Beach Hotel in Ibiza, Spain! My experience was flawless from check in to check out. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was sumptuous and well stocked with a full bar at my disposal. I specifically want to thank Ivinisca who is the lead hostess at The Beach restaurant. She greeted me for breakfast with a glowing smile and unparalleled professionalism. Her pride in her work was apparent. It was an amazing way to start each day of my stay.

I reserved a Balinese Bed (200 €) on the beach and the service provided by Dionisco was top teir as well. Dio was attentive and proactive. I never once had to refill my own champagne! My second day on the beach, I used one of the (free for resort guests) sunbeds. Bryant also provided exceptional service and even had the saxophonist play happy birthday to me.

The food was amazing at the Unexpected Breakfast and at Minami, the Japanese steakhouse on site. Even the room service was excellent.

Finally, the party!! I was the for the opening night of Tomorrowland, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike. The vibe was amazing and the atmosphere was electric.

I booked a swim out suite on the backside of the resort away from the main pool and party. It was a great option that allowed me to party when I wanted, but also get some rest and relaxation when needed.

The only drawback for this resort is the proximity to the airport. It is in the direct flight path and planes take off and land all day and all night. I will say, you do get used to it. But if you are sensitive to that sort of thing be aware.

Overall, I had a wonderful stay to celebrate another revolution around the sun. Ushuaia Beach Hotel is a definite recommendation for your next...
