During our recent stay at Amàre Hotel Ibiza, we had the absolute pleasure of spending our evenings at the Hayaca Bar. What made our experience truly unforgettable was the trio of incredible bartenders: Nico, Dani, and Leo.
From the moment we arrived at the bar, we were welcomed with warmth and enthusiasm. Nico, Dani, and Leo immediately made us feel like we were old friends. They were not only skilled in their craft but also masters of creating a vibrant and fun atmosphere. Their energy was contagious, and before we knew it, we were all laughing, joking, and sharing stories like we had known each other for years.
The highlight of our nights had to be the rounds of alcohol shots they expertly prepared. Each shot was an adventure in itself, perfectly mixed and served with a side of humor. Whether it was Nico's flair with the shaker, Dani's quick wit, or Leo's infectious smile, every moment at the bar was a blast.
By the end of the night, we had not only enjoyed some of the best drinks on the island but also exchanged contacts with these fantastic guys, ensuring that the memories we made will last far beyond our trip. Nico, Dani, and Leo are the heart and soul of Hayaca Bar, and they turned our evenings into a series of unforgettable experiences.
If you're staying at Amàre Hotel Ibiza, do yourself a favor and spend some time at Hayaca Bar with this incredible trio. You’ll not only enjoy fantastic drinks but also walk away with new friends and memories that will make you smile long after you've left the island. Cheers to Nico, Dani, and Leo – thanks for the laughs, the drinks, and the unforgettable nights!
During a recent visit to Ibiza, I had the pleasure of dining at Hayca Amare, a restaurant that offers a delightful fusion of Mediterranean and modern cuisine. Nestled in a cozy corner of the island, the ambiance immediately sets the tone for an unforgettable culinary experience, with soft lighting, rustic décor, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with smiles and genuine warmth. Our waitress, Dalma, was exceptional. Her knowledge of the menu was impressive, and her recommendations were spot on.
Dalma's attentiveness throughout the meal made the experience even more enjoyable. She ensured our glasses were never empty and checked in regularly without being intrusive, striking the perfect balance.
Towards the end of our meal, the restaurant manager, Estefania, came by our table to see how everything was going. Her presence was a nice touch, adding a personal connection to the dining experience. She shared a bit about the restaurant's philosophy, emphasizing their commitment to using local and sustainable ingredients, which was evident in the quality...
Read moreWe had a wonderful time at Hacaya. The view is magic, and there is a DJ set playing. This year (as everywhere in the Island) the place was not busy for the sunset with a stunning view above the bay of San Antonio and forget about the ugly buildings below and around. I put only 4 stars because the Dj did not follow the sun, and because people where off the sunset (no applause at the end). The service is not perfect but it is very nice and careful. I feel they seem not used to have people taking more than one plate to share (!) So you have to ask for food (funny) but not for the drinks. I saw people complaining about the small portions. It is true if you take only one plate of tacos however they are very tasty and full of various flavors. The presentation of all dishes is somehow basic. We took (on top of the veggies chips, banana and carrots, that you get for free with your drinks) some plates "para picar" and three plates para compartir. Everything was good but we were missing some veggies with that. The Ceviche tradicional de pescado blanco was refreshing and a little spicy with squares of fresh fish, lime, corn, and green pimientos. The Encocado de pescado y arroz blanco al horno came in a wooden boat with a sauce very close to an indonesian curry but not spicy and Robalo con cremoso de quinoa y miel de comino was very well cooked with a crispy side (à l'unilateral) on a risotto of quinoa with a sweet sauce on side. The desserts were centered on fruit espumas. So they are very light and topped with small pieces of cakes. But they look like nothing! The total cost with drinks was 50...
Read moreWe had yet another amazing experience dining at this restaurant during our stay at Amàre Hotel. The food, the view, and the staff are all truly exceptional.
A special mention to Fabio, who has been incredible throughout our stay — always greeting us with a smile and making us fresh decaf coffee every morning at breakfast. He’s the perfect example of what makes this place so special! Fabio also helped us reserve our dinner booking, and we couldn’t be happier he did.
At the restaurant, Arun looked after us the entire evening and made sure everything was perfect. We started with the prawns and then had the seabass — both dishes were absolutely delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented.
This is our second stay at the hotel and we’ve visited this restaurant many times — the food and service are consistently fantastic. The atmosphere is relaxed yet elegant, and the sunset view is easily the best in Ibiza.
We can’t recommend this place enough and will definitely be returning. Thank you to Fabio, Arun, and the entire team for making our experience...
