Urban Lounge Ibiza — Restaurant in Sant Josep de sa Talaia

Was on a trip with my friends to Ibiza, and we saw this quaint place, but a mere brisk walk from our hotel, location, location, location!!!

At a glance it looked quite inviting, friendly smiley staff, (a few of the cast of benidorm sat in there but alas) (shoutout to Midge) we said we’d give it a go!

Had been out the night before and craved some grease, and i see a full english on the menu, eureka !💡 Alongside 3 drinks each, famished tbh x

Mow…. i think my latte came out of a pre-made bottle even though my thirst was quenched, the full english was dry as a nuns, you know what!🙈 sausages = scary, egg raw! not a big fan…

We decided to go against fate and visit a second time. God himself did not want us to return but we ventured into the unknown…. Ibiza and all that! I think to myself “how can I go wrong with a margarita pizza?” BOY OH BOY was that the case!

BLAND BLAND BLAND. TOMATO TOMATO TOMATA. CHEESE (dry aged in a cellar!) Basil seasoning to feed a cow for a year! My friend ordered pancakes (expensive for some reason) and they were straight out of an ALDI frozen section that were the size of my thumb. Not impressed in the slightest.

It’s concerning the waitress asked around three times was the pizza okay… She knows something we did not……. Time to reflect. Will not be...

Great place! Drinks are fantastic for the price (best strawberry daiquiri on the island, even so much better than mambo). Cheap drink and good food with good music also. Staff are all lovely and really made our holiday that much better, great service you’re always guaranteed a drink you’ll never sit with an empty glass. Staff take the time to ask about your day no matter how busy they are which always made us feel so welcome! We got to know some of the girls (Shoutout to Laura & chloe they are lovely) along with one of the waiters who even learned our drink orders from us going nearly every night lol strawberry daiquiri and a JD & coke (unfortunately we forgot to ask his name every time we were there but a shout out to him also we had a great afternoon on our last day thanks to him). Urban lounge Great place for chill drinks or a mad night out & we always seemed to end up here each night even if we were at the strip, would definitely recommend to everyone this was our second year going to urban lounge and we love it! All the staff are a credit & the owner is awesome too! See you all again next September ☺️...

Both myself and my husband along with three friends went to this bar on Saturday evening. This was the last evening out celebrating my special birthday. Of course the gents also wanted to watch the boxing match . We asked the gentleman behind the bar if it was possible to be served a drink. He advised me to go to the other bar as there were no seats available. I explained we were happy to stand. Our group decided to go to the other side of the bar potentially thinking I had misheard his statement . When I asked again if we could be served he spoke to me rather aggressively for a second time advising me to go the next bar as they were too busy . I explained to him that he could speak to me with a nicer tone. Avoid this bar to prevent an abnotcious small Australian gent speaking to you like a bit of dirt .
