Juan's Steakhouse — Restaurant in Sant Llorenç des Cardassar

It was my 50th birthday on the 27th... Yesterday.. With my wife we went to Juan’s stake house and wished I stuck to this Indian as the Owner with the blond hair was very rude. I tried to complain quietly as I really didn’t want to make a fuss she said I was the only person who had complained and what do I expect. She said not all sleeks are perfect arguing with me. I then raised my voice what I really didn’t want to do. I really wish I read the reviews about the steak house before I went in. But as we had such a lovely cocktail the day before and the boy who served us was so polite I didn’t think I needed to.... Anyway... The T-bone was so tough I couldn’t eat it. Then to be told it was my fault after saying I wanted to resolve it quietly and I was the only person to complain then saying very rudely. SO WHAT DO YOU EXPECT ME TO DO ABOUT IT. Honestly I have never been so shocked with the rudeness of an owner in my life. I ended up paying for everything apart from the bad T-bone. Anyway after that she angrily said don’t ever come back here. AS IF I WOULD SHE HONESTLY RUINED MY 50th Birthday. So avoid Juan’s steak house. I ended up getting a take away at Bollywood Indian after being insulted. As for the staff at Bollywood’s They are polite helpful and there isn’t anything to big to ask for. I even got a free beer and popadoms added as they felt sorry for me as my evening was ruined by the steak house. Added after her answer.. I knew you would answer back and lie once again just like you did in the restraint ,I wasn’t drunk,that was our first drink of the evening,and also said sorry to each table because I felt sorry for them for your rudeness and you haven’t got 4.5,you have 4.3,so that’s also a lie!!, just face it your a lier. Just thought I would as a photo as we 100% weren’t drunk and you can’t see the fat on the T-bone just wish I took a close up of it. All in all okay food with less than ideal service. There were quite a few options to choose from but the portion sizes were not that big and for their size relatively expensive. There are certainly better choices just for the food quality alone. However the service was truly bad. Not only did the seating in a nearly empty restaurant take about 10 minutes, bringing out the menu, then the drinks and lastly the food took even longer. Additionally, appetizer were forgotten und the wrong drinks were given. Generally I wouldn't recommend this place for food or drinks and any money is better spent at the other restaurants in the vicinity. I will certainly not...

We chose Juan’s for an anniversary meal and were not disappointed. Reading reviews we noticed many mentioned ‘Alex’ and were keen to experience his charisma. He also did not disappoint. What a charming young man who brings delicious food to you! What’s not to like? We chose a mixed grill and a rib eye steak, all cooked to perfection and topped this off with apple pie dessert and the 2 scoop ice cream. Juan’s is set on the ‘front’ with outside and inside seating, exquisite service and scrumptious food, a ‘must visit’...
