What a bad restaurant this is. What a BAD restaurant this is!!!! I dont know where to start. Food was BAD, too little and very expensive. We had a mixed grill which was about 24-25 euro. Literally 16x small potatoes, 2 slices of tomato, 2 slices of cucumber, a handfull of salad and 4-5 small pieces of mixed meat. It is literally the first restaurant in my life where I get a mixed grill and get this lol. Playgrounds for kids are another dissapointment. If you are lucky enough for the boss kid not to be around you can use it. If the little guy is there your kid wont touch anything and the little guy throw all kind of things at my baby. Shocking. But then again, bear in mind that this is an INDIAN restaurant so don’t expect any manners. The waiter was probably angry or fustrated with something and literally throwed the plates on our table. I mean literally, for a second we didnt know how to react when you hear that smashing sound. For whoever is reading this, please, PLEASE, go find another restaurant and dont get ripped off like we did. Dont take me for my word, read other reviews for this place…one can lie in a review but not all!!! While at the table I was already seeing other people at 2 tables next to use nodding their heads in disbelief. Lucky for us we had all inclusive at Blue Sea Gran Playa and we got in time to dinner to literally eat food to not go hungry. Please check the reviews at restaurants before going so you avoid a serious rip off. 52 euros for 1x mixed grill, 1x orange juice, 1x sangria, 1x discusting non-alcooholic mojito and 1x bruschetta (which shockingly enough is tomatoes in some sort of bad sauce on naan bread and not toast). This restaurant is designed for tourist that will never ever come again. How long it will last? I hope not too...
Read moreWe dined as a family of five here based off of online recommendations - namely TripAdvisor. Myself and another ordered the chicken skewers, only to find after cutting into them that they were seriously undercooked. We flagged this to the waiter who said he would bring them back and cook them more. When he brought them out again, they were still undercooked. After bringing this to his attention a second time, he was not happy that we were complaining - I must mention, we were in no way rude, just genuinely concerned as a couple of us had already eaten some of the pink chicken! When I say pink, I mean genuinely raw as you could see he was taken aback when he examined it the first time. There was a lot of huffing and puffing about the complaint, the server was apologetic when we mentioned that this would be reflected in the Google review. Overall, what I would say is the restaurant is somewhat of a tourist trap. The prices are decent but the food - when it is cooked - is mediocre. It comes across as a chore, accompanied with an eye roll, for staff to serve customers when called. Cocktails were miserable. Consider going elsewhere if you...
Read moreWe chose to eat here as it looked busy a couple of the times we passed and thought this must be a good sign…
We ended up with food poisoning - food was average/poor. Husband got garlic mushrooms that tasted like they’d been bought in Iceland and chucked in greasy fried. My prawn cocktail consisted of a few giant prawns in iceberg lettuce and seafood sauce… my husbands steak was not of good quality and was served with some greasy chips and a literally single bit of mixed leaf with one slice of cucumber on it - laughable. My daughter had fish fingers again that I stopped giving her once I could see the fish was actually grey inside. I had carbonara that tasted of absolutely nothing. The drinks were rubbish too - I got served an aperol spritz in a martini glass so less than half a measure. Husbands cider was warm.
Cost almost €80 euro - no one finished...
