Marisqueria Ramon — Restaurant in Santa Cruz de Tenerife

Buenas tardes a todos......el dia de hoy voy a contar mi experiencia despues de haber comido en este restaurante. Como buen canario y despues de invitar a mis amigos italianos a comer buen marisco.......debo decir que jamas habia sentido tanta verguenza y tanta impotencia al ver que despues de haber pedido una parrillada de marisco.....nos sirvieron un plato lleno de conchas vacias.....carisimas.....y unas gambas que daban pena.... A eso debo añadir que la atencion es muy deficiente.....y encima engañan el los precios....por no hablar de la higiene.....que esa es otra cosa bastante deficiente. Por no hablar de la bebida......poco mas nos piden un aval bancario para pagarla.....es decir....un robo en toda regla. Parece mentira que teniendo los restaurantes q tenemos......tengamos que lidiar con gente y negocios como este!!!. Jamas recomendare a nadie este lugar.....no solo por principios propios....sino que tambien por verguenza!!!. Encima....las langostas que tienen para vender.....estan en el mismo lugar....las muertas junto con las vivas....y como todos sabemos.....eso es lo peor que se puede hacer en la hosteliria....esoecialmente en un lugar que no esta ni a 20 metros de la costa. Salimos con mas hanbre de la que llegamos.....parece mentira q se coma mejor en un mc donald que en un restaurante de dudosa calidad....en el propio pueblo de san andres..... Es imposible que estando al lado de los mismos pescadores....tengan que vender genero congelado y media deshecha. Y encima el vino......es de 7 euros el medio litro de carton de...

Restaurant serving delicious seafood. We have been there few times during our stay at Tenerife 3 years ago and even if we were located at a different part of the island this time, we managed to visit the restaurant again. We had wonderful grilled squid and fish. It really sets the standards of what is excellent and perhaps we should not have go there because now pretty much any other restaurant serving fish or seafood seems to be inferior. Very nice and friendly...

One of the best services. We ordered a salad and a paella, and once the salad arrived a weird sauce was on the top and as muslims we asked the waiter, after that he went to ask the chief and he changed the salad into one without the topping, we appreciated the fact that he really cared for the quality of the service, our comfort and especially the respect of our beliefs...
