We went for dinner and left still hungry… We often dine in many different restaurants, from small local gems to those with Michelin recommendations and even Michelin stars. Honestly, I have no idea where all the good reviews are coming from. The food was mediocre – the seafood was rubbery, and the sangria wasn’t homemade but simply poured from a bottle. For such small portions, the prices were far too high. Nicely presented, and that’s about it. The food was mediocre, portions small and overpriced. Definitely not worth the hype.

The waiter got an attitude when I commented on the dried bread they served when you bit it it exploded into dust it was so old and dry. Also they were going to charge for it. then the Chef salad came out with tuna fish from a can on it then the CROQUETTES came and were not crisp on the outside they were greasy and the worst I have had in Spain. even from a grocery store. Then the tortillas had to be at least a day or more old they were so tough you could not chew them. We paid our bill and left before we got sick.

The food was delicious. My husband ordered a grilled cheese with Canarian sources which was very good. I ordered tortillas de camarones which is a kind of like a fried version of pancake with small shrimps. I wish I had ordered the pulpo (octopus) because with the tortilla it was more flour than seafood itself. Very tasty nevertheless and the waiter was friendly and funny. Prices leaning towards the medium - high side. Would recommend.

The food at this place was very good, nothing to complain about at all. But the service experience was all in all horrible and made us feel very uncomfortable. One of the dishes we ordered was a big salad and the waiter brought out the wrong salad that was cheaper and listed further down on the menu three (!) times and tried to convince us that the 6ingredients weren't available anymore after bringing the wrong dish out the forth time. After we tried to explain ourselves desperately with the help of native speakers sitting next to us he started complaining about us to them and was also rather rude to us. On top of everything he charged us the price for the big, originally ordered salad and not the price for the cheaper salad he served us and the price for a big plate of mussels although we ordered and clearly got the 1/2 plate of mussels (we showed him that we wanted the smaller one three times as well). We almost got PTSD from this experience and aren't sure if the shots we got 'on the house' were...
