Avoid: extremely rude and impolite staff
We tried to stop by Tasquita Lucas, right next to Las Teresitas beach, but the experience was appalling.
Although there were four empty tables, a woman working there treated us with shocking rudeness, making hand gestures to chase us away without saying a word. The owner, who was also present, didn’t even bother to look at us or speak. No greeting, no explanation — just complete disregard and contempt.
Thankfully, we walked a bit further and found Tasca El Asunto, a nearby restaurant with much better ratings. Despite being full, the owner kindly offered us chairs to wait and greeted us warmly. The atmosphere was pleasant, the staff welcoming, and the food was absolutely delicious.
