Marc’s Restaurant — Restaurant in Santa Eulària des Riu

Found this restaurant by accident as we were bored of going to the marina everyday.

Nestled off the beaten track, We knew we were on to a winner the second we walked in to Marcs. The staff were so lovely and inviting, the tables were filled with regulars and they didn’t have a menu in English.

The garden is beautiful with a bar and a view in to the kitchen so you can watch the chef plate up. There was also live music which added to atmosphere.

Our waiter walked us through the menu and translated as best he could. Google translate did the rest. My boyfriend and I ordered the steaks as we’d had seafood 3 days straight and we were not disappointed. Food was AMAZING.

Can’t fault anything about the restaurant. Even the tables and chairs are comfortable. Discovered furniture in Ibiza is not friendly for people over 6ft and 75kg.

We came to this restaurant on the recommendation of Thomas Anders ("Modern talking"). Nice place, relaxing atmosphere, quiet and cozy environment. However, we felt arrogant service of us. The waiters do not remember us until we remind them of ourselves every time. We didn't like the kitchen. Mediterranean cuisine should be prepared by those who live by the sea. Vor kurzem hatte ich das Vergnügen, mit meiner Verlobten ein wunderbares 3-Gänge-Menü bei Marc's Restaurant Ibiza zu genießen. Jeder Gang war ein absolutes Highlight und hat uns vollkommen begeistert.

Als ersten Gang habe ich einen Burrata-Salat bestellt. Die Burrata war cremig und perfekt mit frischen Tomaten abgestimmt. Es war der perfekte Start in unser Menü. Meine Verlobte hatte Gazpacho mit Mango und Shrimps. Die Kombination aus der Süße der Mango und der Frische der Shrimps war einfach genial.

Der Hauptgang war ebenso beeindruckend. Meine Lammkoteletts waren zart und saftig, perfekt gewürzt und auf den Punkt gegrillt. Meine Verlobte entschied sich für Spaghetti Aglio e Olio. Die Pasta war al dente und der Geschmack war einfach hervorragend.

Zum Abschluss des Menüs wählten wir beide Crème brûlée. Die Kruste war karamellisiert und der Vanillepudding darunter war samtig und köstlich.

Der Service war durchweg freundlich und aufmerksam, das Ambiente des Restaurants stilvoll und gemütlich. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können Marc's Restaurant Ibiza jedem wärmstens empfehlen, der auf der Suche nach einem erstklassigen kulinarischen...
