Paellitas Tradición | Paella en Ibiza — Restaurant in Santa Eulària des Riu

The only reason for not all 5 stars is i always believe there is room for continuous improvement. A wonderful welcome at this new restaurant that caters for people who are now alone, me, or people who don't have the same tastes in paella, me and my late lovely wife. The portion could probably have been a little bigger but I'll let you know. A small tuna starter, it was enough for me but time will tell with punters. It was different and absolutely delicious! I had a table which was great for watching all of the wonderful people in the marina. Give it a try. I will be back for both the welcome and the tasty food at a good price in the marina. No, I am not involved. I'm a Welshman who has been coming to Ibiza for 25 years. Now I have to convince my Ibizenco friends that this is worth a visit.. :-) Sorry no photos.....I've eaten everthing

We stopped here for some early evening drinks. Great setting, good range of drinks (though please update your menu - if you don't sell champagne by the glass anymore, please remove it).

Staff were friendly, welcoming, and patient. I don't know how they put up with the rudeness and stupidity of some guests. Like the American couple who thought letting their child take his pants down and pee in the marina in front of people eating and drinking. Or the fellow Brit who demanded a paper menu, condescendingly showed staff the wine menu, then let them know she was a regular so knew the menu anyway - truly awful people and yet your staff remained professional and efficient,...

We were hoping for good tasting paella. The one we choose (classic one and most famous) was not available because they are preparing it in advance, which is also strange as it should be homemade and fresh. So they didnt serve paella, which is the basic one and the name of restaurant is Peallitas... The black version and as well the vegetarian version, both were over salted and average taste, nothing special if you looking for spanish national food you dont want to eat this. The positive thing is that you can order paella just for 1 person, normally it is only for minimum 2 persons. The minus is also for staff not...
