It's always good to know that when staying in such a beautiful hotel you have the option to have some delicious food like in restaurant Sorella! A restaurant with a great and cozy setting. Lunch is great and the pizza's are fantastic. Having diner one night it first had the mussels, they were a great starter. After that i had the tagliatelle with lobster, which was okay also. A big congratulations to the staff working there, always trying to help as good as possible and with a smile. And especially a big shoutout to Constanza! We had a late flight out of Ibiza and needed somewhere to chill for the day - Mongibello and Sorella very kindly found a space for the three of us at their pool (utilising their day pass facility). The hotel is beautiful, loved the décor. Service around the pool was great and we had a fantastic meal at Sorello. We were able to use their shower room facility to freshen up before making our way to the airport. It made what could have been a tedious day the perfect ending to our 2 week stay on the island. ...

Fuimos a cenar ayer un grupo de amigos al restaurante Sorella dentro del Hotel Mongibello en Santa Eulalia y nos encantó. El año pasado hacían las cenas en otra zona del hotel, en la zona del desayuno que es preciosa pero es verdad que por la noche se quedaba algo más frío el ambiente. Este año las han cambiado al saloncito acogedor que hay a la izquierda nada más entrar. El cambio es ganador en todos los sentidos porque han conseguido crear ese ambiente cozy, con una iluminación tenue, sofás y sillas de terciopelo y una playlist italiana maravillosa. La comida es un escándalo. El año pasado ya me había enamorado de la carbonara pero es que los gnocci al pesto de pistacho y los Tagliatelle de bogavante no se quedan atrás. Estaban espectaculares. Pedimos también el pulpo, nuevo en carta, muy bueno y una pizza siciliana buenísima. Los postres son increíbles también. Pedimos los canolli y el tiramisú, sin fallo.
