The place is clean, located within the Atlántico Mall next to the Cinema.

The dishes are typically american "fingerfood", such as Sandwiches, Burgers, American style salads, etc...

I heared the steakes should be from good quality as well as the spare ribs, but since I ordered other dishes today I maybe got some of them, where the kitchen is not absolutely "specialised" in.

Making the long story short: the children's area within the restaurant is good for a short stay, the atmosphere is fitting for the "American diner style", the benches are not of the best comfort, but still good to go.

Regarding the food I was not too impressed at least regarding the dishes we ordered (I had some Taccos). The cheese was obviously of the cheap kind and it was a completely cold dish - maybe I had other expectations, but still the dish did not met them totally.

Regarding the price this restaurant is more on the high side compared to other equivalent restaurants in this area.

Shortly put: good if you want to buy a burger and you are fed up by McDonald's and stuff, but not of the premium category and considering that the dishes are too expensive in my opinion it's a solid 3...

This place is in a shopping mall, and there by it's a easy way to eat if you want meat of any kind quite fast. The taste is okay but the just don't manage take it to that level were you expect a steakhouse to be. Things like a proper steak sauce and other things are either lacking or just not good enough. It feels cheep, but you still get a decent meal for you money. Give it a try!

La experiencia, fue muy negativa y desagradable. Al principio los empleados se mostraron amables. El que nos atendió se veía muy inexperto y fuimos comprensivos por ello. Nos dijo, que nos agradecería una buena reseña y nos mostró el código QR correspondiente, a lo que accedimos, también amablemente. Le pregúntanos sobre otra publicidad que figuraba, sobre un descuento del 10% y nos explicó que nos debíamos registrar y así lo hicimos, pues probablemente volveríamos, para probar otros platos que nos llamaban la atención. Confirmamos con él, que así era correcto para el descuento. Pedimos un costillar barbacoa ibérico, etiqueta negra. Según pueden comprobar por la carta y por el ticket, el costillar debería venir cubierto de paleta ibérica crujiente y cebollino y acompañado de: Salteado de patatas asadas, tomate cherry, champiñones de Portobello, espárragos y cebolla morada. Como pueden comprobar en nuestra foto, no tiene nada que ver con la que anuncian. Simplemente pusieron unas pocas patatas fritas congeladas. Las costillas estaban demasiado saladas, pero tiernas, lo único positivo de la comida, por lo que decidimos intentar disfrutarlas acompañando de suficiente bebida y no incomodar al empleado. Al ver la cuenta, le dijimos que no aparecía el descuento del que habíamos hablado. Increíblemente, nos contesta que se lo tendríamos que haber dicho. Nos quedamos alucinados. Al recordarle de todas las veces que le dijimos lo del descuento, nos dice que es que además él es nuevo. Le mostré una expresión de asombro y acercó su cabeza hacia mí diciendo: "Sí soi nuevo, sí soy nuevo". Le dije, que lo menos importante era el descuento, si no, su actitud inadmisible hacia un cliente y que no esperara esa reseña positiva que nos pidió. Pues no la ponga, dijo e insistía en que era nuevo y seguía increpando con los mismos argumentos ridículos y muy insistentemente y desagradable, por lo que decidimos dejar ahí el asunto e irnos. Por supuesto, no volveremos más y no pedimos la hoja de reclamaciones, aunque tenemos todas las pruebas claras, pues ya a mi mujer le comenzaba a molestar el estómago, pero un personaje (por emplear un calificativo suave), como este tal Domingo, según figura en el ticket, no por su inexperiencia, si no, por su carácter y trato totalmente ilógico, desagradable e injusto, no debería de estar de cara al público.
