Restaurante Brisa Del Mar — Restaurant in Santa Pola

Not worth the money. We were there and on just this evening they had a Polish menu fair enough but they offered us that we could order burger or beef tenderloin steak with pepper sauce. So all six of us ordered this at the cost of 28€ per plate, after a while one waitress came out and said that they only had 5 but one of us can get steak sirloin instead. On of us then said fine I can have it so we ordered 5 beef tenderloin steak 4 well done and 1 medium rare and the steak sirloin medium rare, It took long time before the food came out, fare enough it was a Polish menu and we ordered something else but they offered it.

The steak sirloin was not medium rare more bloody so in too the kitchen with it again and on to the stove with that steak again to heat some more when it came back it was medium rare, but this person had strips on the plate and they were now cold. The steak had also a lot of fat around it.

Well the 5 beef tenderloin steak then, Yeah one of them were also steak sirloin but they did not say anything just served it. The one that was supposed to be medium rare were an very tiny bit I thought it was a bit of joke first a donut is bigger but it was not medium rare it was well done.

One of the beef tenderloin steak was not possible to eat at all for real it was so.

And pepper sauce that they offered that we wanted we did not get instead a slice of garlic butter, when we asked about it they said that they did not have any pepper sauce and they gave us the butter instead, no one told us they just served they plates.

So of course we complained about this, so they removed the drinks from the bill, and tried to charged us for 5 beef tenderloin steak and 1 tenderloin steak, we had to debat to them first of all you did not served 5 beef tenderloin steak and 1 tenderloin steak you served us 4 Beef tenderloin steak and 2 tenderloin steak so after awhile they gave in and changed the bill to 4 Beef tenderloin steak and 2 tenderloin steak, but they wanted to charged us for the one that was not possible to eat. After some more discussion they finally removed it so we ended up to pay for 3 beef tenderloin steak and 2 tenderloin steak.

So how was the taste, well i have eating better steak for 11 euros in Spain and I do better meat at my home.

Ate here twice in 2 week holiday and the food is lovely. Group of 6 and not one of us was disappointed. Seafood pasta is so tasty! My only criticism would be that on our 1st visit there was obviously a new member of waiting on team and he caused us a few problems (started taking our orders and took down the starters and then just one of our main courses before he then disappeared. Tried to explain to him that we hadn't all ordered but he just didn't seem to be getting it so more experienced waitress came and took our mains order and we could see her explaining what the problem was....then our starters came out plus the one main dish he'd taken down and then this was re-delivered to our table later with the other mains but completely cold! We got it changed in the end.) Other...

Having been to many places all over Spain, I think every other place would struggle compared to this - absolutely out of this world!

Having stepped through the front door, I was made very welcome, even feeling like I was at home by the waiting staff. So super friendly, as an English guy coming here first time I was absolutely blown over.

Food tasty and terrific. The band as well hummed out some terrific tunes as me and my mates enjoyed ourselves well...
