Vaig a Dite Restaurant — Restaurant in Santa Pola

It was supposed to be a special celebration for my partner, but we were very disappointed. The place was nearly empty when we arrived at 15.00. The young girl serving us was apparently new, she was friendly and shy, but the owner did not really help her or explained things to her. The owner was more busy with her friends/family sitting at a table in front. We ordered 1 canja and a bottle of good wine. Without asking we were served una canja grande, which is really too much beer compared to a regular canja. The girl did not know how to open the wine, nor did she have us try it first. For starter we ordered artichokes, which were very good, and cannelloni’s with lambmeat. Those were not so good, not much taste. Maybe they would have been better with some more sauce, but the girl already had taken the plate on which the sauce was. For mains we had steak and tuna. Both were served with a pile of potatoes and neither had great taste. The meat was good, but the dish itself could have been so much better and refined. The tuna was overdone, almost tasted like chicken. That and the fact that there were 5 minutes between my main and my partners main, and having to wait for knifes and forked made the whole lunch a bit unpleasant. The place itself is very nicely decorated and the winelist is nice. But the food is way overpriced compared to similar restaurants. Sorry,...

The venue was very fresh with a nice serving at the table. We asked the waitress was she recommended and it was different starters.

Food came out very fast, plating was beautiful and the food tasted good but simple but we didnt take main courses, only starters. The food was fresh and warm when supposed to.

Overall we were very satisfied with our visit here and would certainly go...

Un peu mitigé sur mon expérience, on commence par un accueil froid. Je demande si ils ont une carte des boissons on me répond non, de la je demande ce qu'ils ont comme boissons pour les enfants ont s'arrête à un coca cola... Je demande sans gaz et la ça peine à me répondre en me disant pas de sirop, pas de boisson sans gaz, et d'un coup on me répond si un aquarius. La carte des menus étaient diverses et variées mais pas de menu enfant. Nous commandons un tomate y aioli qui est servi sans pain, je ne comprend pas l'intérêt... Donc on a commander un pain et on nous a servi deux d'office sans demander la préparation de la tomate était fade sans intérêt et l'aïoli pas exceptionnel. Ensuite nous avons pris un tartare de thon rouge, lui était excellent et bien présenté. Pour la suite nous avons pris une viande mâturée qui était bonne mais leur système de plaque chaude pour cuire dénaturait le goût de la viande, et la moitié restait accroché dessus à chaque cuisson. Ensuite l'accompagnement de frites maisons étaient bien, sauf que la moitié des frites étaient mal cuites. Les burgers des enfants...
