Little Bobby — Restaurant in Santander

The speakeasy is a fun concept and the space is very warm and comfortable once inside. The drinks, once they arrived we're crafted well. The main issue was the very rude bartender who served our group. He was quick to arrive to take our order but when a few of our group placed orders for items that were not cocktails he quickly dispensed with this negative attitude about their choices. We all felt very uncomfortable and considered leaving at that point. We ended up staying which was likely a mistake as it took another 30 minutes to receive our drinks. If it weren't for the staff experience I would rate it higher, but because of what we experienced I would have my reservations about recommending...

Really cool concept of a prohibition era speakeasy. If you can figure out how to get inside (this was my 2nd attempt) you'll find a very special little bar. Wonderfully decorated and furnished with good music and a really chilled vibe. The drinks are spectacular, visually and in taste. The hot air balloon is one of the nicest cocktails I've ever had. It's not the biggest place, there was only 1 barman working so we had to wait a little while for our drinks, but they were well worth the wait and the interior is just a feast for the senses, so you can spend the time taking in all the special little touches that make this place so cool. Muy mala experiencia con el servicio. El local está muy bien, hay buen ambiente y está guay decorado, las copas son un poco postureo pero están ricas. El problema son los trabajadores. La chica de la entrada nos dejó pasar y nos puso en una “sala de espera” al lado de los baños porque no había sitio dentro del local, pero a 3 parejas que llegaron más tarde que nosotros las dejaron pasar, cuando en teoría hay orden de llegada. No nos atendían y tuve que ir a la barra a pedir (no me importa, pero no funcionan así, tienes que esperar a que te atiendan). Cuando nos atendieron por fin, le hice saber a la chica mi descontento porque habían pasado a 6 personas teniéndonos a nosotros antes, fue bastante borde y yo le hablé con bastante educación. Así que también mal. Después nos vinieron a avisar de que había sitio y todo guay, la cosa volvió a empeorar cuando fui a pedir la 2ª ronda de cócteles, se la pedí a la chica y me dijo que iba a venir a recoger las últimas copas vacías. Spoiler: no vino nadie a recoger las copas vacías de la mesa y tampoco vino nadie a traernos las copas nuevas que habíamos pedido. Después de esperar como 40 minutos a que nos trajeran la ronda, que obviamente se habían olvidado, nos fuimos. Muy mala experiencia cuando podría haber sido buenísima. Aprended a trabajar y sino, despedid a la gente que no trabaja bien y lo más importante, que no quiere...
