Visited Santander for only two days and we found this hidden gem. The coffee, empanadas and puffs are really great. The interior has a homely feeling. The owner comes from Argentina and speaks perfect English. He is really friendly, and even gave us a free croissant when we were hesitating whether to buy one croissant as we already had too much. This croissant turned out to be so tasty that we think it is even better than those we had in France. Definitely a place to go for brunch or high tea if you are in Santander!

Best breads we had in Spain. By far the best empenadilla (only tried the one with bonito, but it had a lot of filling and nice crust), and very tasty croissant and palmiers. Also serves a good cup of coffee, and the guy working there was super friendly and spoke perfect English - very helpful and service minded. Sadly we only had one day in Santander, otherwise we’d have breakfast here everyday

El mejor hojaldre de santander!! y alrededores!! Ya era hora tener hojaldre rico cerca de casa!!, la palmera de hojaldre está muy rica, más que la de chocolate, y el roscón de hojaldre brutal!! Las empanadas argentinas echas por el chico argentino que es muy majo y da un trato educado y agradable, PERO SIN LUGAR A DUDAS EL HOJALDRE ES EL MEJOR DE SANTANDER!! Merece la pena acercarse a probarlo y comprobarlo aquí no tiene rival y en cantabria solo lo supera copo de nieve en reinosa, pero el segundo mejor hojaldre y palmeras de hojaldre de cantabria para mi ahora mismo son aquí!!! Muy recomendable parada obligatoria!! Volveré a probar las tartas a ver qué tal, también dispone de productos típicos argentinos y pizzas.
