On holiday here in Mallorca and wanted to try some authentic tapas, trip advisor has this place as number two but my life it was the best food I've ever had definitely should be number one. The staff were very accommodating as we had arrived 20 mins earlier than our booking and they had no issues in us coming in early. Staff had a beaming smile on their faces and the aesthetic of the place is remarkable. Fans going constantly to beat the heat. The food itself was to die for my girlfriend and I had ordered the biggest bread platter, octopus, chorizo, and a ham platter. The food came out pretty much all together which is what you want for a pick and mix sort of meal. The bread was warm and fresh from the oven soft and wonderful and the dips with it were unbelievable. The chorizo came in a red wine sauce it had a firm bite but then melted in your mouth perfection. I'm not a big seafood guy but the octopus was beautiful not chewy at all. The ham was gorgeous and fragrant went beautifully with the accompanying items. My girlfriend had a beautiful mojito and I had a great beer. Experience was to die for like I said above best meal I've had in my entire life. Will definitely come back to the country just...
Read moreThis little gem of a place is so beautifully decorated, you could easily walk past and not even notice it but if your like us and checked out the reviews before going you won’t be disappointed. The service was amazing the staff are super friendly, even the resident cat was super friendly. The food was the best tapas we have had in Cala’Dor, homemade and very good quality. We had the meatballs in tomato sauce, ham and cheese croquettes, bread and Aioli, garlic prawns which came out sizzling and the bruschetta. All dishes were amazing, the cocktails are very well made, the ginger mjioto was great. The food and service you get is amazing which makes this place really special. You might need to pre-book but it’s totally worth it. You get what you pay for, it’s not the cheapest of places but it’s worth every penny ❤️ we will be back and will be more adventurous with out tapas...
Read moreWelcomed like a VIP, Treated like a family friend. Great start. This little gem is tucked away on the Cala Egos side of the marina and quite easily missed, i'm sure glad we didn't. It's well worth the walk round from Cala D'or. My travel partner and I only consumed the cocktails but the food by the looks and smell of it was 5* artwork. So much amazing choice of cocktails and in my opinion the best in Cala D'or and truth be told, couple of the best i've had in a long while actually. I'm quite fussy when it comes to my cocktails, as I like them mixed properly and these ones certainly were . My fave was the Ginger Mojito, which by the sounds of it was the speciality and brewed the night before, which gives the distinctive taste. My only regret was that we didn't have time to return to eat. If Martin the owner opened one up in Manchester this would certainly be my local. Ta...
