Tacos Patrón — Restaurant in Santanyí

Avoid at all costs! We were very excited to experience this restaurant after seeing great reviews online. However, one of the party members had eaten two tacos before realising that the chicken was incredibly undercooked (see image attached). When mentioned to staff, they were incredibly hostile and unapologetic. The manager, ‘Manuel’ who was on shift 22/08/25 at around 9pm was very hostile, explaining that it was our fault for eating the undercooked chicken without checking and that they had cooked the outside batter so the inside didn’t matter. After much discussion they decided to comp the chicken tacos which were undercooked. Incredibly disappointing experience and rude staff which made the experience much worse. No care or thought for the party member who might become ill. Please avoid, or at least check any meat products...

A very disappointing meal at @tacospatron_ I had the fish tacos as all the reviews on Google said these were a must try and the best tacos ever… whoever wrote that needs to get their tastebuds checked… they were the most boring bland food ever. Tbf the fish was fresh and the batter was light, however the incredibly large quantity of wet soggy colslaw was enough to make me gag. I’m not a big coleslaw fan anyway but i thought I gotta get them as they come to appreciate them at full capacity… but no… bland soggy and wet is what I got… I had to scrape off the colslaw. There was nothing to these, no seasoning, no spice and no flavour. The frozen margarita tho I have to admit was a 10/10… maybe another item on their menu would be better… overall I give it a 3/10 follow @eat.withsarah for more...

edit - 2/4 of our dining party ended up with food poisoning from the pulled pork. Do not eat here.

Service is absolutely terrible, never seen waitresses walk at a slower pace than here. Quite rude as well. Brought out 1 incorrect meal and took an hour to be replaced after the replacement meal was forgotten and only put in once we reminded staff. Also brought out an incorrect drink that had to be replaced. Burrito bowl is a no go as there’s no meat and basically only plain rice and beans, no flavour. Small portions considering what you pay. Can’t order different tacos, have to order a set of the same ones and they are small. Burrito €16.50 and is smaller...
