Really think twice about going here. Great location but service is the worse I have ever experienced. We ordered one of the paellas & when it arrived it was not the one we ordered. They tried to get us to have it anyway & told us we would have to wait another 20 minutes so we waited but asked for 2 complementary drinks totalling €9 so we would still have a drink with our meal. They refused & tried to make out everything was our fault. We asked for a complaint form that they begrudgingly gave us & I said I would not pay the full bill & they could call the Guardia Civil if they wanted & they did. After another 15 mins waiting we decided to pay the bill & leave anyway putting our trust in the complaint form process. I think the manager called the Guardia Civil to cancel but you would think considering they made a mistake they could have just given us a complementary drink to keep everyone happy? Clearly no concept whatsoever of customer service & the staff including manager are just really rude & dismissive, which is the experience of other guests who have left a review. I would definitely keep well away...

Poor customer service ruined the meal. At the very start they announced they were running late and would we like some bread and olives - -be warned they charge you for this! The food was excellent but service was slow and some food was only luke warm. Then one of our party, eating a salad found and removed a black plastic coiled worm type thing from her mouth! We complained and the response was no apology just that it was a bag fastener. We had to insist the salad was removed from our bill. We received an amended bill that had the salad removed but two desserts added on for the same value! We complained again and demanded to speak to the manager but we were told he wasn't available. One of our party went inside the restaurant and found the manager who tried to defend the issues then stormed off. I visit 2 times this restaurant with my partner. 1st time although it was around 3pm and not many table, the waiters seems to prioritise wiping plates and cutleries by the entrance rather than serve tables and when you get their attention they sulk. At the end they kept us prisoners to pay the bill for more than 20 minutes. 2nd time wrong order although fluent in Spanish and my partner was pointing out the dish on the menu, they still insisted with arrogance it was our fault resulting in waiting another 20 minutes to get the meal we ordered (in total 40 minutes from the starters). Because of this incident the waiter started to ignore us and left the table uncleared with the leftovers plates full of flies. After 2 hours and half seated and finally waiting for the desert I decided to go to speak to the manager which abruptly rude said “what do you want? You need to wait, we are busy” I decided to call the bill without desert, ask for a complaining...
