Possibly the best coffee spot in Santiago de Compostela. If you’re looking for truly specialty coffee, this is the place. The espresso was absolutely delicious rich, aromatic, with deep chocolate and nutty notes, clearly crafted with care and intention. The staff were kind, welcoming, and clearly passionate about what they do, happy to explain their beans and recommend options.

As for the breakfast… incredible. I had two slice of bread topped with peanut butter, jam, and banana a simple combo, but here it felt elevated to gourmet comfort food. Perfect balance of flavors, great texture, and presentation that makes your morning instantly better.

The space itself is cozy yet bright, a peaceful spot to start your day or take a break while wandering through the city.

10/10 – I’d go back first thing...

This is a cute, smaller shop that is not pushing for elegance of smart use space. I was craving a quality coffee at the end of the camino, and this place appeared minutes later seeing the brew of the day with almost all the information required posted outside ( company that washed it and the finca wasn't posted, but now I'm nitpicking). The owner knows his coffee and how to make it! For the americano, he had a pot that he poured the hot water to your taste. My preference is a separate beaker glass of hot water. Good cinnamon rolls. Well...

How wonderful it is to wake up in a beautiful town and head straight on to drink amazing coffee. They have coffees from different roasters, including the great Puchero from Valladolid.

We had a great coffee talk with the baristas at the café, couldn't have been better. We tried two filter brews and their espresso. All three wonderful.
