Puravida bar — Restaurant in Santiago del Teide

I strongly do not recommend. We sat down. A tall French man continued to speak loudly over our heads to a couple from Belgium at the table next to us. We ordered. One waitress went on her break. More people sat down. 10 minutes passed. The new arrivals had their orders taken and were served. My husband asked where our drinks were and was shouted at "you have to wait". The tall French man asked the Belgian couple what our problem was and the lady said we are impatient. This was all in French. We got up to leave and the person making them came out saying they were nearly ready, he was making them fresh. 2 cocktails arrived, full of ice and not very much alcohol. Terrible customer service. Awful atmosphere. Poor quality drinks. Expensive - EUR14 for 2...

Amazing place with beautiful views offering affordable tapas, delicious mojitos and beer, and wine. The olives, almogrote, and lomo were super tasty- you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. We had a lovely chat with the owner at the end of the night. Super friendly and welcoming owner. I can not recommend this place...

Very rude and arrogant owners, cocktails felt that was lacking booze (from experience 2 we had 2 weekw ago) . You don't feel welcomed there. Really don't recommend. Not worth of money. Ran into toilet as kids were in a need but after facing arrogance didn't want to stay anymore and give one more try...
