Very dangerous for swimming as per other reviews but easy to get down to and view safely either the open section (looks like a huge plunge pool) or the internal cave a bit to the right away from the sea. There is some rope near the entrance. You can sit or stand or dry rocks on the edge of the cave and safely watch this awesome ebb and flow into the cave but beware rocks closer are super slippy and no easy way out if you fall in.
