As a family of swimmers, we have been coming to CSJ for 10+ years and were excited to try a new pasta restaurant; we love it!! Homemade simple pasta cooked perfectly (ie al dente and without too much butter etc), we have been twice so far and have ordered gnocchi (pesto), gnocchi (tomato), spinach tagliatelle (bolognaise), spinach tagliatelle (pesto) and tortellini (pesto with sage, loved this); what we liked is that the pasta was fresh, with a simple sauce and cooked perfectly (crunchy and yet soft); the menu is limited and is essentially for pasta lovers (please look in advance), but was perfect for us as we received a good portion and not bloated afterwards (we had individual pasta as well as sharing pastas). Looking forward to trying the tiramisu on next visit. Staff is also extremely friendly...
