We visited the hotel and restaurant in May 2024 and revisited the Salma restaurant in August 2025. The normal tasting menu was very enjoyable. On the second evening they had a special summer party with a special menu which was more expensive but we actually liked the normal tasting menu more. Service is very exceptional and attentive, Emilia took extra care of us. The owners walked around the restaurant and chatted with German speaking customers on both evenings, only we were weirdly greeted in russian but we are not russian.

Estacionamiento: No es fácil pero tampoco complicado dependiendo de la hora. La Avenida Primavera dispone de bastantes plazas de aparcamiento en la vía publica y algunas zonas de parquing en explanadas situados a lo largo de las calles colindantes. Establecimiento: El Hotel es simplemente precioso. Cada una de les estancias están decoradas hasta el más mínimo detalle. Destacan las zonas comunes, como la recepción, el restaurante y sobre todo la piscina y el spa. Dependiendo de la hora del dia, el restaurante ofrece servicio en la terraza exterior con vistas a las salinas o en la zona interior con vista a la piscina. Servicio: Experimentado, atento y muy servicial. Carta del restaurante SALMA: Amplia, muy variada y con producto de excepcional calidad a un precio más que ajustado. Merece mucho más la pena comer en este restaurante que en cualquier chiringuito de playa. Carta de vinos: amplia y bien seleccionada. Ambiente: Calma y descanso son el denominador común buscado por los clientes de este Hotel. Es muy familiar. NEGATIVO: Nada que destacar

We had a delicious dinner here. This restaurant particularly caters to German’s though we found the wait staff also spoke great English and Spanish. The food was refined and delicious. In particular the pulpo ‘rice’ and the cod were lovely. As was the crema catalana for dessert. I cannot recommend the cordon blue - the meat was too thick, there was hardly any ham and cheese in it and the cheese wasn’t very flavourful.

Such an elegant place, everything from the cushions on the chairs to fabric runners on the table, to plates, this place is of such immaculate quality. The atmosphere, service, music… What a gem. The menu is suitable for any taste, from light dishes like salads to fresh catch of the day, burgers, ice cream.. Such a pleasant surprise. The food was great, fresh, creative and made of great ingredients. We will back over and over to...
