An amazing restaurant! We were passing by this place every day we were in Sant Jordi, but somehow left it to the last day to visit it. I'm very sorry we did not come here earlier... If we did - I'm sure it would become our "to go" place for many dinners.
We ordered a mixed grill plate for 3 people (it was 4 of us including two hungry kids) and we got just the right amount of food. Steaks were awesome, bacon was great, sausages - I haven't tried it myself, but they were all gone, so it means they were great too. The only thing - I could eat more of the grilled potatoes, they were delicious :)
We enjoyed the drinks too. I believe their Aperol Spritz is cheaper than in many other places around, kids enjoyed their lemonade.
Very friendly people working there (but that is true for most places in Sant Jordi, tbh).
Overall - a great place with great food and drinks. Shares the first place of our family food rating with 5illes place nearby, but both of them are great in its own way (meat is definitely better here).
If we stay in Sant Jordi again - we are coming...
Read moreWe booked a table for two at this restaurant on an August evening.
Almost all the tables seemed to be reserved, but not too many customers arrived during our dinner. In Mallorca, people dine late...
We had “Pa amb oli” (bread olive and a garlic type mayonese ...naaaa) and two portions of “Pulpo a la Brasa” (grilled octopus) with potatoes and sweet paprika, which was delicious! (perhaps a little too much paprika). Two coffees. The service was a little slow and there were a few misunderstandings... but in Mallorca, there's no rush and no worries!!!
The Hierba de Mallorca from his Finca, which the friendly owner offered us at the end of the meal, was delicious (four stars for that alone). Try the grilled meat, which seems to be their...
