Best Paella I’ve ever had in my life. And the most underrated restaurant. We got the last available table today. Most people had reservations. And they’re not on social media or anything - so it’s all word of mouth and locals. 10/10 recommend. And don’t tell your friends cuz it’s already super popular.
(Also the waiter / owner was so hospitable. That dude really hustles as does his team. And he still took the time to make us feel like a million euros. Thank you for your hospitality.)

This place isn’t your regular restaurant or tapas place in Spain. They seem to only treat locals by “reservations”. Instead they offered us their Valencia paella to go. After walking over 20 min to get there we decided to give it a try. Worst mistake ever. They claim to be Valencia’s paellas but rice was undercooked and the chicken was dry. Read moreThey make 4 types of ready-to-eat paella everyday (half portions are 4.5 euros and full portions are 8 or 9 euros for sit-down, take-out is cheaper) and apparently you can also order a whole fresh paella (4 portions for 40-65 euros). When we arrived at 12:45, the first 2 paellas were being brought to the counter. We tried the vegetarian paellla and the valenciana paella. Both were good and excellent value for money.
