You have access to amazing food products here! The only thing why I don't give 5* it's because of the logistics of it. It's too cranny. Very narrow and long, with no space to breathe inside. This way you aren't able to look at all the amazing stores they have here. They get faded away and not much light. There is a baker store called "Lila & limon" and I swear the tartas (the cakes) and everything that the baker does, is in the top 3 of Sevilla. It's a shame she is all in the end of the market, with little visualization from the public. If her shop was somewhere else in Sevilla, it would be a bomb ! Huge success! Anyways, the products from each store at times are in the middle of the path and make it difficult to walk around with ease. Without all the logistics problems, it's a great tradicional market with top regional products. Also, p.s: they have...
Read moreThe market in Feria is the usual high quality Spanish fruit, vegetables, fish and meat. There are small food outlets inside the market. You can buy a ticket for 6 euros and try the dishes on offer. If you don't like the dish you don't pay. The other great thing about the market in Feria is that there is a Flea market in the street on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays (I think..). We visited on Thursday and really enjoyed the characters, old posters, coins and general things for sale in the flea market. At lunch times the bars in the area fill up with young people out for their tapas lunch. We went back in the evening and the Feria area is alive with night life. Various small bars, cafes and restaurants with people talking and laughing...
Read moreNice market that was located near our airbnb with several varieties of food to choose from on top of ingredients and produce to purchase. We went twice in one weekend: once to have a nice caña to kick our friday off, and the second time to have an empanada before heading out to lunch. It felt very local as it's not exactly in the center of the city. They sell seafood, sobresada, fresh fruits and vegetables, and different cuts of meat. We stumbled upon this place by chance and we're glad we did, as it wasn't on any of the recommendations we found online. I highly recommend this market if you are living near the area! They were open on Saturday, and some of the stalls didn't close in-between lunch and dinner time (a.k.a...
