SantaGloria Coffee & Bakery — Restaurant in Seville

Extremely rude staff. Pricing doesn’t make sense. Ordered pizza off their lunch menu for €8.70 however the older lady behind the counter proceeded to say they had no chips. I said that’s okay and came to pay. Total price for food became €9.70. I was confused and asked why in my broken Spanish a few times. The lady kept saying because there are no chips, they can’t do the menu and I will be charged more. This makes no logical sense. They randomly ended up finding the chips so charged me less. Baffled by this type of logic and payment system. Finally I sat down with my food and accidentally spilled my coke. The lady from the counter came up to me and said ‘this is karma’. EXTREMELY BAD AND DISHONEST SERVICE.We arrived 45 minutes before our departure time from the Santa Just Train Station, this place seemed okay for a quick breakfast, we placed our order and tried to keep it as simple as possible, even though we told the male cashier we were paying together for the 3 of us, he decided to charge us for 2 separate orders, the first one was fine, on the second order, he made it very complicated for no reason at all, we paid and upon checking our receipt, we discovered we were overcharged for our breakfast, I showed him my receipt and he didn't even make the effort to look at it, he kept arguing loudly that he had charged us the correct amount. Typical train station fast food outlet. Overpriced coffee and small yoghurt were 5.81€. Coffee was worse than instant coffee, it was both bitter and watery without any actual coffee aroma. They also missed my instruction to make it warm and not hot (despite repeating this multiple times in both English and Spanish). No issues with the pre-packaged yoghurt.
