Enrich — Restaurant in Sitges

This is a nice bakery but has serious service issues. Weekends get very busy. We came back on Sunday since we loved the pastries we bought a day before. There was a long queue and we decided to go. After queuing for 15mins, it was finally our turn. However, we were ignored and left waiting for another few minutes while they were serving the people behind us. We decided to get their attention by saying “HOLA!” to the 2 staff but they ingnored us. When we finally got their attention, we told the lady (long hair, and NO name tag. She’s working in the counter with Soraya) that we’ve been waiting for 15 mins while they are serving the people behind us. She replied “No Entiendo Inglés (I don’t speak english)” while when we came a day earlier she was speaking English to us. She’s very unfriendly. In addition, I think she needs to be educated on food hygiene. Hand gloves are used to touch food only. She’s been using her hand gloves on touching...

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Un forn amb ànima i gust autèntic: Enrich no decep mai

El forn Enrich és un d’aquells llocs que saps que repetiràs. Des del moment que hi entres, l’aroma del pa acabat de fer, la presentació acurada dels productes i l’ambient acollidor et conviden a quedar-te i gaudir.

El pa és, sens dubte, el gran protagonista. Artesà, fet amb massa mare i amb farines de qualitat, té aquell gust intens i textura cruixent que només trobes en forns que treballen amb passió i respecte pel producte. El pa integral, el de cereals, o fins i tot el clàssic de pagès, són una meravella. A més, ofereixen opcions per a tots els gustos: pans sense gluten, amb olives, amb nous, amb espelta… tot amb molt de criteri i bon gust.

Però Enrich no és només pa. La brioixeria és deliciosa i variada: croissants de mantega, ensaïmades, magdalenes, coca dolça… tot amb una textura lleugera i sabors ben equilibrats. Són perfectes per esmorzar o fer un cafè amb alguna cosa dolça. I parlant de cafè, el serveixen molt bo, ideal per acompanyar qualsevol peça.

També cal destacar la secció de plats preparats i entrepans, ideals per a un dinar ràpid o per emportar. Tot es nota fet amb cura i ingredients frescos, amb propostes que van des de clàssics com truites o amanides fins a opcions més actuals com hummus, cremes vegetals o bowls.

El personal és amable, atent i eficient, fins i tot en hores punta. Sempre et reben amb un somriure i estan disposats a recomanar-te segons els teus gustos. La botiga en si mateixa és molt agradable, ben il·luminada, neta i amb una estètica moderna però càlida, amb espais per seure i gaudir amb calma si vols menjar allà mateix.

En definitiva, Enrich és molt més que un forn: és una experiència gastronòmica propera, saludable i deliciosa. Un lloc per tornar-hi sovint, ja sigui per fer la compra de pa de cada dia, per regalar-te un esmorzar especial, o per endur-te un dinar ràpid però de qualitat.

100% recomanable per a amants del bon pa i del menjar...

We popped in here to have a hot chocolate and my gosh it was so rich and so delicious. My friend paid so unsure of the prices but if you’re looking for something to satiate your sweet tooth then this is a place to go to.
