A Culinary Gem in Sitges: A Nod to Tradition Meets Modern Mastery.
Upon my culinary explorations in Sitges, La Fabrika emerged as one of the finest restaurants I’ve discovered in the locale. The essence of its appeal lies in the unique culinary narrative it weaves - a beautiful marriage between time-honored recipes spanning a century and the innovative infusions of today’s gastronomic scene.
The professional demeanor of the staff Oriol and Irene significantly enhances the dining experience, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable visit from start to finish. At the helm of La Fabrika’s kitchen is Chef Alan, whose multi-dimensional approach to cuisine is nothing short of impressive. His genuine engagement with patrons adds a personal touch, fostering a warm and welcoming atmosphere that complements the exquisite fare served.
The commitment to reviving century-old recipes, and ingeniously adapting them to contemporary palates, sets La Fabrika apart. Each dish tells a story, a flavorful journey through time, curated and presented with a modern flair that is both delightful and satisfying. This restaurant is not just a place to dine; it’s a gastronomic adventure that pays homage to the rich culinary heritage while embracing the vibrancy of modern-day flavors.
In a town renowned for its food scene, La Fabrika stands tall as a testament to the timeless allure of classic recipes intertwined with today’s culinary innovations. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience a unique, delicious, and culturally enriching dining...

La Fabrika de Sabores gave my friend & I one of the most delicious meals we’ve had in Spain. The service by Lola & Irene was impeccable; perfect in every way — and above the call of duty if you’ll see if you keep reading. Hahah!!
From the clam bites to the buttery shrimp to the pies de resistance, the superbly cooked sea bass, our meal was outstanding. The bass was the best I’ve ever had, and we’ve all have plenty of sea bass. Not like this!!! The skin was beyond crispy, the meat so melt-in-your mouth tender, the shishito peppers the perfect accompaniment.
The chef came out to say hello and was so proud when we gushed over his dishes. Finally — VIOLET ICE CREAM!!! Violet. As in flowers. Made by one of the owners himself. Sublime.
The ambience is festive with lush chandeliers & vibrant artwork. Fun as well as elegant. Thank you to Fabrika de Sabores, the owners, the fabulous Lola & Irene, & our chefs — cannot wait to return.
P.S. I dropped butter on my shirt & Lola sprayed a substance on it that soaked up the oil!!! Irene even came back to wipe away the powder when it dried! Hahaha! Talk about full...
Read moreAt first they were not very interested to find a table for us. Then when they saw that we were actually interested to eat there suddenly there was one free. The waitress that came could not really understand what I was saying but I did make an order anyway. She was trying her best but forgot about the wine she suppose to pair and bring to us with the main course. The steak(meat) was fine but I was expecting more to the rest for 27 euros. Canned mushrooms it's not something you usually serve with such dinner. They gave me like 5-6 tinie potatoes and they looked pretty funnie on the plate-maybe they thought I was to fat already or something- just joking. My wife ordered a pasta dish- not bad taste but to little sauce and also looked like semi-finished product you can buy in a better store. So all together this was a disappointing experience I must say because the expectations were high because of the score 4.8. Sorry but...
