First off I’ve never had a problem with this BK ever however tonight was a different story. Ordered on the machines and went to pay cash as I always do. The cash till wasn’t working and by the time the front of house lady got to me she said my order had timed out.
Never had this before (and waited longer than tonight previously) but ok I went back to the self service machines and ordered again. Came back to the cash till to pay, tap the screen and tired to scan my ticket but it wasn’t working. I said this to the lady.
The same lady from earlier decided that I’m not going to be served, grabs my ticket, rips it up and proceeds to call the police.
The police didn’t answer for at least 3 minutes but allegedly she spoke to them. It was clear they weren’t going to take my order and I left.
Not entirely sure what sort of service they’re running tonight. As I said I’ve never had any problems with them before but this lady seemed to have a bee in her bonnet about something.
If you can’t be nice to customers then why even bother working in a customer...

Compared to how many visitors there were, we were shocked by how the whole experience turned out. We waited 25 minutes for our food, and even then, the first order we received was incorrect, so we returned it. Then we got only one burger from the entire order, and only after another 5 minutes did we get ‘our’ order — which was only half correct. The sauce was missing, and we got a completely different burger. So with all due respect, considering how many staff members and visitors were present and the fact we had to wait around 25 minutes for an order that wasn’t even correct on the third attempt — that’s pretty poor. And believe us, we have a lot of experience in this field. One positive point, however, is that the restaurant looked very nice at first glance....

I ask to place my order , I want to order 5 different meals and pay cash , I am told no! I have to use the machine to order , they won't take my order at the till ? ??
I'm stood there as the only customer in front of them and they will not serve me !! After asking a few times , I am told by the woman that the manager won't let them, and all orders have to be placed via the self service tills .
Ok goodbye I walk out and go spend my £50 euros at McDonald's, which by the way was extremely busy and the customer service I received was...
