I was so disappointed with this place after seeing all the highly rated reviews. We arrived as walk-ins and the staff were happy to let us in. The restaurant was not too busy. We were attended to after about 20 minutes after trying to flag the waiters down from our table (we had to go find someone in the end), but there were only a few hard copies of the menu so we had to wait for neighbouring tables to finish choosing before we could select our own. I know there is an app but it did differ somewhat from what was actually on offer. It then took over an hour and a half for them to deliver 3 tapas/racion portion sized dishes (we had a fourth on order but it was a joke how long it took so we settled the bill early). The baby squid had little flavour and was overcooked, we did not finish it. The spinach parcels and croquettes were ok, nothing particularly special. The place was severely understaffed with customers vying for attention as soon as they appeared, I felt quite sorry for them as they were getting the brunt of everyone's frustrations. The order of serving customers was wrong, and there was no logic to who was getting their food when. Other parties were sharing their meals cause there was no indication of when food was coming when asked. The whole place seemed completely disorganised, and no additional menu for the specials which were just verbally communicated and seemed to change between tables in the same vicinity as ours. Quite simply, they shouldn't have let more people in, pure greed at the expense of the customers and the poor staff that are front of house. I will say the wine selection is good and we tried some really nice ones but in all honestly it's not worth the hassle of coming here for it. We left after paying over €50 for four glasses of wine, three underwhelming dishes and lots of...

Very nice food, but unfortunately, inattentive & unfriendly service. Lovely wines & premium beer are offered here. However, the staff seem very disinterested unless you are local.

Upon arriving, two people skipped ahead of us, like us, without reservation, and this went unaddressed. We were then shown inside to an empty room. We were told the remaining outside tables, although empty, were all reserved. However, all of these tables were still unoccupied at the time of our departure. Anyway, having placed our order, we were, thereafter, largely forgotten about. Even getting the bill was an ordeal. It seemed no one was interested in our table to ask if we would like another dish, drink or dessert, etc. Also, it was not overly busy while we were there.

It's very, very expensive too. For example: They charge €3.80 for just a small glass/cana of Turia beer - and you can get a pint/jarra of the same delicious beer for €4, right around the corner, in Musa. The food is very good, but the portions are small, and the menu is unchanged in some time. A specials menu has been mentioned and promised, but it was not brought out to us during our visit.

In addition, there are no safety straps on either of the two standard IKEA baby chairs that this restaurant owns. This seems most reckless.

We will not be returning. There are places with equally gorgeous food and warmer welcomes, with much better value for money elsewhere...

Not sure why it was so bad when we visited this well reviewed restaurant .. Atmosphere wasn’t great staff completely ignored us for over an hour - obviously some hierarchy within the team around who takes the orders but it left us watching tables who arrived after us getting served - then we were told it was our fault our wait was so doing as we had ordered ‘poorly’ - the wait was pre order so the old guy must have been a mind reader… We got 2 small plates if something to keep us going for 6 of us.. no bread until after all the food arrived..

Having waited ages to order we were then told several choices were unavailable from a limited menu anyway.

Too many starters arrived and although taken away they were still on bill… one person ordered veg rather than chips and was told he could have veg as the boss agreed to this request … what!!!

A very poor experience - some of us have been before and we had high hopes but we were very disappointed

I’m sure this will make little difference as when we complained we were told it was our own fault and we never saw the proprietor again - I’m sure he was keeping a...

We visited Vino + for the second time, and it was simply the best meal we ever had so far in puerto del Carmen. We started with salmorejo, which was simply amazing, followed by a Russian salad ( one of the best I ever had) and Crab surimi which was also very nice. We than day into croquettes, patron peppers and octopus which did not disappoint us at all. The star of the evening was the fish of the day special, which was simply divine! The wine choice is great too we had a bottle of hito rose that worked very well with all the dishes, was very easy going and served at the correct temperature. Dessert was okey I guess we were too full towards the end! Service was attentive too, Well-done vino plus very nice place. A bit of noise from the next door pub due to football going on, which at some point was very annoying but football is passion! I guess It would be noice too if Crystal palace was playing! 💯💯💯

I'm sitting on their terrace and enjoying the best spanish dishes accompanied by the best wine selection, thinking that there cannot be a better way to end one of our most delightful vacations in the beautiful Lanzarote. My advice is to be bold and try their recommendations, take it slow, order wine by the glass just to have the opportunity to taste the variety and enjoy your memorable meal. We met each of the friendly and open staff and really appreciated their work and effort to serve us and make us enjoy every bite and sip of wine. Thank you and hope to see you again soon! We arrived for our 7pm reservation. With only 2 staff members it was extremely a long wait for water and drink order. The order for our drink was wrong, we then ordered our tapas… 20min later he came to tell us he forgot to put our food order in and to please tell him again what we ordered. The food was good, but with the lack of service was disappointing. We were charged for the drinks we didn’t order. They had music playing on the speakers but with the live music from local places it was to much NOISE coming from all over. Prices were good, food was good, but service was very disappointing.
