Disappointing Experience: Rushed Service & Mediocre Food

Unfortunately, our recent visit to this Italian restaurant left us quite underwhelmed. From the moment we sat down, we felt incredibly rushed. It seemed like the staff was more interested in turning tables quickly than in providing a relaxed dining experience.

As for the food, it was unfortunately just mediocre. While edible, nothing truly stood out, and the flavors lacked the authentic, rich taste you'd expect from good Italian cuisine. The pasta was a bit bland. I can do better for sure!!

Visited here one evening, we hadn’t booked so took our chances. We were offered a fairly poor area to sit as every table in the place had a reservation, we sat on an upper level which was quite cold and windy. The food was pretty good, very hot so needed to let it cool, all was served quickly and efficiently. We were in and out within 45 mins. The reservations on the tables remained the whole time we were there. I would recommend the main waitress goes and tries some local restaurants to see how a customer should be addressed, her tone was missing anything friendly. Personally I wouldn’t go...

Food was really gorgeous. ( Dessert was out of the freezer, the ping of the microwave gave it away which is a let down..) But the main food was so good, I've still given it 5 stars.

Location gorgeous too. But... I really can't say the same about the staff though. Not overly friendly, ( very friendly with some tables, not bothered with us) and just lacked care and attention. We were Specifically put off by the male waiter who in the the middle of the restaurant, while crossing the floor, lifted the bottom of his shirt to wipe sweat off his face........
