Pavarotti — Restaurant in Tías

We came here on our first night in Lanzarote. It was fairly busy when we arrived so took that as a good sign that it’s popular so should be pretty good. The whole place was being served by one waitress whose demeanour was brusk and really quite rude. She slammed the menus down on the table. We waited ages to place our order to then be told there was “no pizza tonight” (even though the table behind had just been served pizza). She then walked away without taking anyone else’s order and we had to wait another good 15minutes for her to come back. When the food arrived it was appalling - like something you’d get at a children’s indoor play centre back in the UK. We did feel a bit sorry for the lady working there alone but that’s no excuse for the rudeness we experienced. Pavarotti is my families favourite that has produced amazing meals and service from Dan and his wife year after year. By far the BEST fillet steak and garlic prawns in LANZAROTE! Daniel and his wife are always so welcoming and include tons of extras to the meal to go the extra mile to make your experience 10/10. I've never had a Pizza thats never tasted of anything before now. I had to put salt and pepper on it just so it actually tasted of something. I didnt realise something as simple as pizza coukd be done so badly. Had better £1 pizzas from Iceland. My wife had bolognaise that tasted like it came straight out of a tin.
