Un Lugar — Restaurant in Tarifa

Fast and friendly service. The tapas starter is very good: grilled eggplant, goat cheese and tomato. For the meal I chose a rare skirt steak: very well cooked and melting, really delicious with a little butter tartar sauce. But the fries were tough and not salty enough, too bad... My friend took a burger: very good meat but cold végétales garniture. No sauce in the burger except a not very elaborate sweet and sour sauce. Same thing for the fries: not salted, a bit cold and hard to chew. So sad because the quality of the meat is top. We were disappointed compared to the other Google reviews consulted before coming. The price was nevertheless...

Everytime I come to terifa I eat here as the food is amazing and has the most fantastic vibe! I'm a vegetarian and find alot of places don't cater that well, there is alot of choice here and I'm still working my way through the menu! The staff are very friendly and helpful giving advise on places to go and taking time to talk to my very shy son. The restaurant it's self seems very fashionable and we've taken lots of pictures of the murals on the wall. my son also love the bike light/lamp. I honestly couldn't rate this place...

Its been about two months ago when we were in Tarifa and found this restaurant, so this review is more then due! The owners deserve to keep their number one position in trip advisor. Can only recommend this little gem, its a bit hidden in a quiet little side street, its a small restaurant but WOW, the food is amazing, the owners son un encanto. We went back two nights in a row. Starters are specially tasty, meat and the chimichurri sauce very good. Will be back...
