We were passing by this place and decided to sit outdoors. We just wanted to have some coffee drinks and that's it. Waiter approached us in about ~5min and once we made an order he refused to accept it. He said it's a restaurant and they will not serve until we order something to it. Hence we decided to leave. Even though this place is called a restaurant the waiter was literally dirty uncut fingernails, dirty old shirt, some dirty bandage on his arm. Food was ok but the service is just awful. They couldn't seem to handle anything we asked them- we didn't get the included glass of bubbles, we had to ask multiple times for water, got a bottle with no glasses to drink it from... Wine glasses and cutlery were dirty. We were there for 3 hours and didn't even choose a dessert which was included and we paid for. We just wanted to get out. The food is not cooked with any care and the waiters seem stressed always no matter how busy...

What a bad experience!! I had a fish as a main dish and it was brought cold!!! The veggies very frozen. I told this to the waitress and guess what- they microwaved my dish! One of our friends ordered a burger which was served also cold, just bread and burger without any toppings that were listed. On the top of it, when we asked for fork and knife- they dropped it on the table in front of us being annoyed. I dont recommend it this place....
