My partner and I went here tonight because most of the reviews were positive(some said the service is terrible but we thought it could not be that bad)....it ended up a terrible experience. We ordered cocktails while we decided what to get to eat and the cocktails took half an hour. We ordered Nachos as a starter as we were going to meet friends for dinner after....1 hour went by and no sign of the the nachos(not to mention it was quiet also) ...to make things worse we couldn't even get the waiters attention to order a second drink and had to go inside to ask. We left and paid for our drinks only and mentioned what had happened to the waiter and said the nachos must not have been even ordered and the waiter just replied saying 'oh sorry'.

Such a disaster and disappointment. We were sent to this Cube location as we wanted tequeños and the Cube Fusion restaurant didn't have a cook yet. The restaurant was freezing cold with super loud music. It took a long time to get our drinks. We waited 40 minutes for tequeños only for them to bring us nachos with cream cheese and shredded cheese because they didn't have tequeños. Why not tell us immediately there are no tequeños instead of having us wait 40 minutes for nothing? We went back the next day around 1 am to try again, but they were closing, although Google says they are open until 3 am. They then said the winter hours are different. Then they should change...
