Nano's Xiquen — Restaurant in Tarragona

We arrived an hour past opening time and the restaurant was empty, there was a man inside on his phone sitting on a chair, he didn't want to serve us without reservation, but eventually said that we can eat but not stay long, so we went to sit down, but 4 minutes later a couple walked in and was told by the same man that they can't eat because they don't have a reservation. So they left. We then got up and told the man we will look somewhere else and left, and thanked him anyways. We felt uncomfortable staying to eat because we didn't feel welcomed. An outstanding Peruvian restaurant! Our entire family is thrilled with the exquisite traditional cuisine and the attentive Peruvian family staff. We savored lomo saltado, aji de gallina, ceviche, and flan with a delicate hint of lime and sugar. I've dined in many Peruvian restaurants, but this one is truly exceptional! The owner told me there's no dessert included in the menu after I placed my order. The ceviche was excellent (which is why 2 stars) but the chaufa was absolutely terrible - in fact it wasn't even chaufa, it was just rice cooked blandly with frozen vegetables and seafood.
