I had the pleasure of visiting Ohashi Sushi Restaurant in Tarragona, and I was thoroughly impressed!

Ohashi offers an exceptional sushi experience that I highly recommend to any sushi lover. From the moment I walked into the restaurant, I was greeted with a pleasant atmosphere and a warm welcome.

The sushi selection at Ohashi is simply fantastic. The variety of fresh fish and ingredients is impressive. Every bite was a true flavor sensation. The sushi rolls were skillfully prepared and presented with great attention to detail. The combinations of flavors were perfectly balanced, creating an explosion of taste on the palate.

The service at Ohashi deserves the highest praise as well. The staff was extremely attentive, friendly, and well-informed about the different types of sushi. They were always ready to offer recommendations and accommodate individual preferences. The service was efficient yet unobtrusive, contributing to a pleasant and relaxed dining experience.

The presentation of the dishes was a feast for the eyes. Each sushi roll was beautifully decorated, resembling a small work of art. The fresh ingredients were carefully selected and harmonized perfectly. It was a true pleasure to admire the creations before eagerly savoring them.

In summary, my visit to Ohashi Sushi Restaurant in Tarragona was an unforgettable experience. From the top-notch quality of the sushi to the excellent service and pleasant atmosphere, everything was simply outstanding. Best Japanese we’ve ever had! The quality of the food is out of this world! My boyfriend and I both agreed that we have never had this quality of Japanese food ever, it was amazing. Half in English for not remembering the exact name in Spanish on the menu- We ordered chicken gyoza, uramaki dragon roll, edamame, sashimi variety, sashimi otoro-ventresa atún, shrimp sashimi, scallop sashimi, don de anguila de delta al estilo ohhashi, gunkon de Salmon picante, another anguila dish, a teriyaki chicken dish, and mochi matcha- for just two of us, and ate every single piece! Every single item was a 10/10. We actually ended up adding to our order because it was so delicious. If you like eel, the Don de anguila dish is a must! Our very knowledgeable waiter was explaining how they have fresh live eel and prepare it in the restaurant unlike most other restaurants who use prepared eel. Likewise, the otoro-ventresa atún literally melts in your mouth like butter. I have gotten Mochi dessert before but never this fresh or delicious. In addition to the amazing food selections, the waiter grated different fresh wasabi and would tell us which item to use it on. The food was also sent out in a perfect, planned order. The service was impeccable as the waiter was able to explain the origin, how to eat, and which topping to use such as wasabi or soy sauce. The prices of the menu are beyond fair. In the United States for a meal such as this we would expect to pay 3-4x the price and likely would have never gotten a chance to experience it because there would be no reservations. Oh my god , it was so amazing having a dinner here tonight, each course so wonderful delicious, we didn’t expect something like that. It was so super amazing fresh fish with an amazing taste. You shouldn’t miss it when you are in Tarragona. We are lucky to have a dinner here. You must choose the menu by chefs choice ~ 12 amazing dishes with great rang wine selentions.
