Selvático Beach Club Tarragona — Restaurant in Tarragona

We visited the restaurant on Friday, June 27th. We ordered patatas bravas, oysters, wine, and cocktails. The food was good, but the piña colada was very watery, with hardly any cream or syrup — clearly poorly made.

An hour later, we repeated the order. We waited 40 minutes, only to find out the staff had forgotten to send it to the kitchen. The food came 10 minutes later, but the drink was delayed again. In total, we waited about an hour for our second order.

After finishing, we asked for the bill — and waited another 40 minutes, completely ignored by the staff despite trying to get their attention. Finally, we approached the counter to speak with the manager.

Unfortunately, the manager was extremely rude. When we explained the long wait and poor service, he responded, “What do you want from me? You didn’t spend that much.” This is unacceptable behavior from anyone, let alone a manager.
