We loved shopping at Ale-Hop Tarragona on Rambla Nova! It’s such a fun and affordable store with a wide variety of useful and quirky items. During our trip, we bought travel games, sunglasses, hats, a cute handbag, and some hand fans — all at great prices.
The store is very well organized, with bright displays and a welcoming vibe. Everything is easy to find, and it’s perfect for tourists who want to grab practical things or fun souvenirs.
What makes it even better is the location — Rambla Nova is the heart of Tarragona’s modern shopping and strolling area. It’s built on the remains of an ancient Roman road that once connected the city to the forum, and today it’s a vibrant boulevard filled with history, cafes, and shops.
👉 Useful tips for visitors:
The store is open every day, including Sundays, which is a big plus in Spain. Prices are very reasonable, especially compared to more touristy gift shops. It’s a great place to cool off, as it’s air-conditioned and spacious. The famous Balcó del Mediterrani viewpoint is just a few minutes away — perfect for a post-shopping stroll. Highly recommended if you're in Tarragona and want some fun, stylish, or practical items without...

This ale-hop in particular faces the balcony of Tarragona, so the view couldn't be better, and you will recognize it for the cow in...
