Tarakon — Restaurant in Tarragona

Looking through a lot of mostly positive reviews, we decided to spend our evening in this restaurant. Unfortunately, it was a wrong decision. We ordered Gazpacho and Octopus and both these dishes were horrible. Octopus was overcooked and had a very bad taste (marinade was awful ). If you ever tried Gazpacho in Spain, you know that this is tomato soup puree which has many ingredients in it (garlic, tomatoes, onion, bread and etc.) This make a soup super tasty and refreshing. The "Gazpacho" soup in this restaurant didn't look and taste like real Spanish Gazpacho. It contained too much pepper and looked like a dry soup that you buy in a supermarket and afterwards mix with water. Therefore, everything we ordered was not eaten. Moreover, when the waitress brought us change, we realised the we were cheated and got 50% less change. So if you nevertheless decide to go in this restaurant, please, be careful with what you order and with the change that the waiter...

Had a dinner at this restaurant with my family and was absolutely dissappointed with this place. The quality of the food is not worth the price. The food tasted bad and the seafood we ordered was very salty. The waiter saw that the dishes were untouched and she decided to ignore us rather than to ask what is wrong and whether we want anything else. I regret my decision to visit this place and the next time I will definitely choose another restaurant...

Wow, the best tapas we have ever had ! people there are nice and friendly, the food is awesome and good ! We loved it ❤️ we where so sad, we had to run away and don’t taste the dessert because we received a notification about someone stealing our RV ... everyone was helping us in the little place, and we said thanks for that . Finally nothing was stolen, just broken windows, we will come...
