Very strange combinations of food, duck paté served with red currant compote and fried camerbet with strawberry sauce. The flavours did not work and had these parts of the meal been listed on the menu we would not have ordered them. The lobster paella was served with the lobster cut into a lot of pieces meanig there was loose shell in most mouthfuls, it was also so salty we barely ate any of it. All in all had a terrible meal which cost 100€ for 2. Front of house staff were very pleasant and i can't fault their service, sadly just the chefs/managements choices in not making whats included in each dish clear. We ordered calamari, which was chewy and undercooked, we should have know from this what was to come... next came the paella, it looked emaciated, the mussels weren't open, which isnt a good sign the rice was incredibly salty and the whole dish was just brown, the prawns had not been prepared properly and the chicken was grissly and dry. Read moreTop restaurant. After reading some bad reviews i decided to check it out. To my surprise the waiters are very friendly and as expected in spain the service is quick and prompt. Also the dishes are fresh and tasty. The advice for the wine is good and we got an excellent wine. You can look in the kitchen and see it is orderly and clean. The T-Bone steak is not the same as a USA style T-Bone, but it can certainly keep up with it and has some resemblance to a ribeye, thats probably why it tastes so good.
