I'll start with the best thing about this restaurant: it's close to the train station and has wonderful views (if it isn't raining like it was when we sat down.)
It's a nice clean place popular with the locals. There seems to be one gentleman running the front which means he's very busy. We ordered the standard white wine and it came with olives and the most amazing potato salad. I wish we could've taken a pint of that back to the hotel.
Otherwise, we got a salami sandwich which was literally two slices of thick toasted bread and slices of salami (external wrap still on...probably edible but didn't chance it) without any spread so it was a little dry; shrimp in a garlic sauce that seemed like they rushed the cook a bit too fast; and fries lamb chops which were cooked decently and came with the required french fries that seems to accompany most Spanish meals.
There's a sticker on the window claiming that they were "Michelin rated" in 2016. Maybe we came at the wrong time/day, picked the wrong meals or things have changed in the last seven years. We'll probably go somewhere else if we're ever...
