If I could give 0 stars I would, I Came here with my 4 children ( 1 who is 6 and has autism) and my mother. We found the tables mostly full so we all sat at one square table which we had no problem with. A waitress came over after some time & asked us how many of you are there ( even though we were all sitting so it was obvious if she could count) I said 6 and she tutted at me and walked off. She then returned and pulled two tables together that were under a parasol but there was still sun shining under them and asked us to move to there. I explained to the waitress that we are ok sitting at this table and she said no because we are too many for it. ( 2 adults and 4 young children) I also explained that my son has autism and if he sits under the sun he gets very upset. She rolled her eyes and walked off. Then after a couple of minutes another waitress came and told us to move. I showed her on Google translate that my son is autistic and will not be happy sitting under the sun. She was not happy with this and at this stage it was becoming embarrassing as the other customers were staring. The upsetting thing is there was a table to our right with with 6 people also sitting at it and that was no problem they had already been served too so it was clearly not an issue so I really don't understand why a big problem was being made about us sitting at one table when we ourselves had no problem with it!! We decided to get up and leave. Terrible staff, and need training on customer service and how to treat people who have special needs. By The way my son is wearing a harness with a badge clearly explaining he has autism and...

The best dinner I‘ve had in a really long time! I was taking myself out to dinner because I was solo travelling in Toledo. The waiter was exceptionally friendly and made sure to recommend me dishes. Before the actual meal I was served an aperitif kind of snack which consisted of a few potato chips and a jamón iberico croquette, which was free of charge! The food arrived very quickly and the taquitos de ciervo practically melted in my mouth because they were so perfectly cooked. The sauce added a fragrant note to the whole thing. I decided to treat myself to some dessert as well and ordered a tarta de queso manchego (more of a cheesecake cream) with rasperry sauce on top and biscuit crumbs at the bottom. The flavours were all perfectly balanced and it was a perfect dessert! The restaurant is also located very nicely in an alley where there isn‘t too much traffic so you can still enjoy your meal outside in peace and quiet. Especially considering I paid merely 20€ for this fantastic dinner including a drink, I will definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone I know...

the service was really good. they spoke English as well. everyone in the staff was nice. service was fast and personalized. the atmosphere was also really nice. clean and pretty place. the bathrooms were clean and big too. the food was tasty and there was a lot of variety and a little exotic too, however, the portions were smaller than I expected. no doubt what I ordered was expensive: goat cheese and wildboar but I wasn't aware of portion sizes and was hungry too. but nonetheless a great place for gastronomical travelling as they had unique dishes. I'd like to go again and try different things. but not a good place if you're hungry and only want a decent meal....

✅ Check out - Itinerary below 👇🏼 📍Toledo is a great day trip if you are visiting Madrid. It is only a 30-minute train ride. 🏰 Beauty of Toledo is in its gothic and Medieval architecture, it really makes you think you are on the set of Game of Thrones. Definitely an amazing destination, not to miss!! 📌 Cucharadepalo for quick breakfast – coffee and breakfast sandwich for 2.50. I had smoked salmon sandwich, was so good! They have an outside shaded area, which is where we ate. 📌 Puente de San Martín – famous bridge to enter Toledo, you will feel like a knight walking on the bridge into the gates of the city 📌 Alcázar 📌 Walk around and simply get lost in the city!! 📌Benipan for quick snack - we randomly stumbled on this tiny bakery – OMG WOW! The best chocolate croissant I have ever had!!! Came back half hour later for more, but it was sold out! 📌Catedral Primada – best example of gothic architecture in Spain, absolutely beautiful 📌Monastery of San Juan de los Reyes – really beautiful and a peaceful place 📌 Puerta del Sol – this is a northern city gate built at the end of the 14th century 📌 Taberna Skala for lunch. Some of our favorites were Iberian Jamon with bread, sangria, and beer. Delish! 📌 Mirador Del Valle – A viewpoint outside of the city that overlooks back at the gated Toledo. We hiked and it took us about 45 minutes (it was HOT)!! 📌 Roman thermal baths 📌 El Greco museum ✨Would you visit Toledo? ✨Where have you gone that you absolutely loved? ✨Follow for more travel tips @travelswithmr #damestravel #passionpassport #darlingescapes #travel #city #beautifulcity #travelbucketlist #travelinpiration #beautifuldestinations #sheisnotlost #europe #spain #toledo #visittoledo #gothic #medieval #got #gameofthrones #castles #cathedral #church #synagogue #mosque #spring #summer #2023
