This is probably the best pizzeria I have tried in all of Spain to this date. I have tried the "authentic" Italian pizzerias in Madrid but this just tops them all. Friendly, attentive service from staff that really seems to care about the experience. When you get here dont't expect the Trattoria experience; this is simple, yet chic. Elegant enough for a date or two. My father has been here many times and just ranted so much about this place.
We ordered 2 pizzas; my dad ordered a margarita with anchovies, I ordered the bufala trufala with goat cheese and honey.
They were quick! Look at the pics. I then went ahead and ordered another one the rucula (at this point Im a pig! hahaha)
The dough is perfectly balanced, right amount of fermentation, crispiness and thickness.
Once the bill came I was surprised at what great pricing they offer.
I will for sure come again when I come back to Spain.
Thanks to everyone!

Read moreI was super excited to find out there was an Italian pizza restaurant in Torrelodones. But sadly it didn’t live up to the hype. The pizzas were paper thin! And I am not exaggerating… super thin! There is no crust, it’s a cracker. .. and even with the toppings 10-12€ it’s way to expensive for a pizza that max it’s 200g. If the pizzas were just double their size, then yes, we would enter Italian style thin pizza. But as it is right now, it is not worth it. Hope this will change, as their crust seemed good if it was a bit thicker. The taste is great, but as a person who eats normally, I don’t want to go out and eat 3 pizzas just to not be hungry… the waitress was amazing, she was on top of everything. Pls just make pizzas the right thickness… there is so...
