A wonderful surprise on a small open plaza of Nogalera: you need to wait because the chef makes everything himself but it is worth the wait. I loved his tiepido di polipo (lukewarm octopus slices) served on an oven-baked bed of truffle purée: a perfect mix of flavor and texture ! We also enjoyed his macherroncini Quattro formaggi, perfectly al dente with a great cheesy well balanced sauce that made us lick the plate, and his squid ink ravioli with ruccola, datterini tomatoes and grilled prawns and shrimps. Be patient and you will love it! Well done sir, I value your attention to details and the mastering of each single dish!...

We could taste the love in every course hahaha. I definitely recommend stopping by this place for authentic Itialian fare. Thanks so much for...
